how to lose weight?

so i started as 160 pounds but im now 145 (i started in march) but i want to lose weight faster. my goal is 100 btw. what i have been doing is 3 workout videos from YouTube a day and eating just as little as possible but i usually end up having 700-1300 calories a day. do you have any tips or something?

I weight 220lb, and I need to lose weight fast; because it’s a big inconvenience in my life to have to lug this body around everywhere, and it’s not beneficial to my health in any way.

What are some workouts and diets that are great for losing weight? I would look it up but I’m not allowed to use google :/

It kinda sucks.

And being a therian only makes it worse!

I swear, one of my very few forms of escapism is literally shifting.

I'm not saying I dislike being human completely, it does have it's advantages.
