Have you ever wanted to give someone something besides a cookie? Something maybe worth a little more? KTokens are the new way you can properly pay someone for their contributions, creativity, prize winning, or maybe even a birthday gift!

“How does this work?”

Each of you get to open up your own bank account to store your money. It is simply like a piggy bank. All you have to do is answer this with “Please start a bank for me” or something along the lines of that to receive your bank and your balance. Each user gets to start out with a single KToken.

“How can I get and spend KTokens?”

In order to spend or receive tokens, you can talk with the user you are exchanging coins with and then say what was is being traded here IN AN ANSWER with a link to the post. You need to make sure both users have clearly agreed to it before doing all this. If I see nothing wrong and all these steps completed I will update this post with your new balances!

You also can earn KTokens through a couple things:

1. Monthly competitions- I will start hosting at the beginning of November! Each entry gets tokens and each winner gets tokens. These will be contests for all sorts of things like poetry, art, stories, and photography!

2. Weekly logins- Every week, if you answer, you will receive 5 KTokens for being on here that week!! This resets every Monday, so Monday-Sunday you can claim your weekly allowance before it resets. You may not claim the your tokens the week before if you forgot to comment. So sorry!

3. Nominations- Some of you are aware there’s a yearbook! Assuming it’s still running, I plan on giving winners KTokens, but also I’m probably gonna make my own little nomination thing so ya’ll can earn them for your contributions.

“What do I spend them on?”

Pretty much anything! If someone makes a shop, you can pay in KTokens to get an item from that shop! If it’s someone’s birthday you can give them some KTokens! I might also create a prize list soon if we can maybe get some users willing to help hand out prizes! Plus, I’m gonna make a leaderboard with all your banks in an answer, and I KNOW some of ya’ll like competition!

RULES:

-You can only give as much as you have or less. No more. This is to avoid people going into debt.

-No loans.

-Please do not abuse this and make incredibly expensive payments if you make a shop. If you decide to do this I won’t do anything about it but I can’t promise you your shop will be successful.

-You may NOT beg for KTokens. I will be INCREDIBLY selective on how people have been gifted KTokens and will make sure the transaction agreement did not come from begging or was forced.

-I cannot reverse transactions. What is agreed is final! Do not make any choices you will regret!!

-You can’t do anything here until your bank account is opened!

-Have fun!!
