around 8 am. i woke up to the sound of fire truck siren, i thought it was just a random sound but then i went to the balcony and saw everyone from that building came down at the road and like lots of gas. and firefighters also came.

Because of the fire, it caught on to the house, and- well yeah . Luckily, she is alive, her family evacuated the house before it burst up in flames. She lives very close to Altadena-- if you didn't know already, Altadena has pretty much turned to ashes. Some parts of it are still up, but yeah. I'm worried for her because I don't know where she's going to live now. It's just sad because even though her family packed up some things before leaving, she said that she forgot most of her school records and test results (which are very important), so they're pretty much gone. I don't know how I would live through this, so I can't imagine how my friend is feeling. But my house is fine. So is my whole neighborhood, because we don't live that close to Altadena or the other places that are burning. Just please wish the best for her. That's all I can do.
