I know I vent/rant a lot but I really want to talk about this

So you know how the Internet works, and how good it can do like, you can talk to your friend, you can talk to strangers, you can share stuff, etc, but there is a toxic side of the Internet: Social media

Not all social media is bad but some of the people who are on social media are.

(Twitter has a LOT of toxic people)

(The majority of YouTube also has toxic people)

And I'm going to talk about the recent damage from toxic people

Not a lot of people know about him, but he's the first person I will be talking about

Jocat is a youtuber /animator who played dnd and more.

He got attacked by Twitter for making a animation from 2 years ago, it was about liking girls and how he didn't care about their looks, and he got attacked for it LIKE WHAT? he got attacked for liking girls?! IS IT BAD BEING STRAIGHT NOW??!!! (Not hating on gay people) anyway he got dm'd mean threats (like jump off a cliff or I'm going to beat you up) so he's leaving youtube.

Uttp aka the u tube Troll police, used to be you know, a troll police, but now the uttp is bad like really bad.

They like to harass fandoms, they like to try to cancel people, they span comment sections stuff like: the uttp is better than matpat, they also send hate groups after people and much worse.

The one uttp situation that made me want to punch them through my phone is a guy making fun of Dantdm's dog passing away

Hey KS, can you make a KidZui-based web browser that is installable for Windows or any OS on the computer with the list of parent-approved site, a tool bar like any browser, an address bar that kids cannot type the address but can search for keywords on KS, and most importantly, a desktop-protection evironment to make it safe for kids (lock the Alt+Tab, Start Button, Prt Sc, Time Limit, Run on Startup, Browsing type and a Parent password for exit and parental panel)

Problems with Paying Attention

Hey so...school. Yeah, school. I go to school everyday-but...I technically...don't. Let me explain.

Digital learning has been hard, very hard. For a short period of time, it was okay. I did all my work and payed attention in class! But now...not so much.

The thing is, I do school on my computer but..when I'm in class I really just mute my tab (mentally mute my tab) and browse the web and watch videos and do stuff on my computer while my teacher is calling on me. When we do an assignment, I open it, say to myself that I don't wanna do it, then I just go back to Chrome and watch YouTube or browse Google.

In class, our teacher tells us to do our assignment, but I don't even hear her, cuz I'm too busy watching YouTube. I have an overdue assignment, dad tells me I should finish it, okay..but actually I'm just on KidzNet. For example, do you know what is happening right now while I am typing these words to you? I AM IN A CLASS!! Really, right now I am in reading class.

I don't even learn anything, no math, no history, nothing! Because I am on Hangouts or PopJam or Roblox..you get the point.

How do I stop this? I'm technically not even in school! No learning, no assignments, no nothing. It's all bc of COVID and digital learning. What should I do to stop this habit? I can't stop it for some reason!!!!! Now my teacher just told me she called on me 5 times, and we were doing a test! I just made an excuse that I was lagging and my internet was bad. But now she knows I'm making dumb excuses.

Can someone help me?

So I learned this in enrichment class yesterday...

1. If a stranger asks you for your personal information, block and ignore them.

2. A person you met online but not in reality may be some kidnapper.

3. Anything you post on the internet might be there foreverrrrrr.....

4. Ask an adult to make an account for you and help you.

5. If something made you uncomfortable, tell an adult.

Also, Interland is a fun and educational game to be safe on the internet!
