kidztalk moderators - please don't block this bc I spent a while writing it and I need people's help

so my dad hates the "crappy neighbors" and says that they are junky and that he is moving to a mostly online options trading job, not medical field anymore, so he wants to move to Chicago. IM SO MAD

I finally got a good group of friends that isn't toxic and rude, and my crush likes me back, and I have an amazing school, and now he wants to move so we can be closer to our "family church" where I was baptized and my parents were married

So I recently moved to a new place, leaving all of my friends from the town where I grew up. Now, it took me years to make as good of friends as I had when I moved, I’m introverted and VERY socially awkward. So far I don’t have any friends in this new town, but I FaceTime my best friend, aka my platonic soulmate, every day. Now, after months of being apart, I finally get to see her again next week! I’m spending the weekend in my hometown. Oh, and one more thing. Right before I left, my CRUSH revealed his feelings for me. We weren’t sure if long distance was going to work for us, since we’re only young teenagers. However, I just texted him to tell him I’ll be coming in for the weekend. I really hope he wants to hang out!!! This is going to be the best weekend of my life!! Sorry this post is so long. Thanks for taking the time to read it! <333

How do I get rid of an awful, sad, and depressed feeling?

First of all this is not about me.

I put this in the mental health category because all day I have been trying really hard not to have mental breakdowns all day. This friend and I are really close - she is one of the only people I feel like I can be myself around.

On Friday my friend (lets call her Sally) was not at school but like that's normal, she could have been sick or something. But then on Saturday she texted in a group chat that I'm in, saying that she was moving back to Wichita. Sally also said that her dad is gonna take her phone away so she is texting us really fast. She left because of a family thing is all that I'm gonna say because it's not my information to share and it's her privacy. I really miss her and it's just not that same. I sit next to Sally in social studies so it's gonna be really hard not to miss her in that class.

I just hope she is safe now. I really miss her. Any advice on how to get rid of this awful, sad, and depressed feeling?

So im moving with my family ALL THE WAY CROSS COUNTRY (to put in perspective: we’re in florida, going to A PLACE IN WASHINGTON <not washington d.c.- just washington. Not saying where for obvious reasons.>)

ITS SUPPOSED TO BE AROUND A WEEK’S WORTH OF DRIVING! Anyway, lets get to the point. Im probably going to be drawing during the drive. What should i draw????? •ps i’ll try to post in the hotels at night, and i have a sleepover on tuesday so i wont be able to post then•

My family is tearing apart

We just closed on a house since we're moving, and there is a lot we need to do to the new house. My dad is installing a new sink currently, and a day ago he almost cut his finger off and keeps curseing because something didn't go right. And me and my mom are trying to fix the boxes everywhere. They're both so stressed, and I just wan't them to be happy. Any ideas on how to make parents really happy?
