So before I have to go to the next grade I have to write a (positive) speech on the things that happened this year, what I hope for the next grade, what i've learned and a bunch of stuff like that.

I guess it’s time for me to attempt another battery replacement

Well, I’ll have to order a new battery first. Hopefully it doesn’t end up taking 5 years to arrive

I do have some random cheap mp3 player in my closet that I could use instead, but it never worked all that well to begin with and I haven’t touched it in two years, so I’m not sure if it’s any any better condition than the ipods.

I made this when I was 11 and I just wanted to know if y'all liked it?

(also I tried fixing the grammar in the first couple sentences)

Night at the Museum

IT was a day like any other, I was playing in the backyard with my sister, Rosie. It was fun then I thought “maybe I should go trick or treating tonight”. I asked Mom and Dad and they both said yes, now I need to figure out who am I going to go with, luckily, I have my phone. I told my friend and they agreed, but then my sister heard the conversation and she said “well if you're going to trick or treating, you're going to have to bring me too” knowing that she just wanted to go, and she could’ve just asked, I decided to say yes anyways. I asked Mom and Dad what costume should I wear they went shopping I bought a flashlight and a book bag for me I even bought a walkie-talkie my phone and a sleeping bag don't ask me why I just felt like it my friends ask me why would you bring that and I said the same reason you always bring your lucky items with you Rosie brought a wagon with her she also wore a jumpsuit She painted the inside Brown and then put a little bit of grass in it it actually put her toy Pig inside she put a farmer sat on so then she could pretend to be a farmer as we were walking we didn't get much candy in the first house but then we saw a big house we went inside no one was there so we just assumed that it was just an event but then we saw nobody in there so maybe so then we thought maybe the event finished he looked inside we saw a statue then we saw a night then we saw an alien we just thought those were people in costumes but then when we were to say hello they didn't move or blink slowly we thought maybe they didn't hear us suddenly the door closed Rosie was scared I told her it was okay and that the door was open but then when I went to open the door it was closed I'm like started freaking out I took it to your breath trying to be calm even though I know we were locked in everybody else just thought that we are just playing a prank on them so they were like stop joking we know you Faking It mom but I said no the doors actually close they still didn't believe us so then I told them to open the door for yourself Violet said okay then she opened the door and try to open it she realized it was closed and shut she told them the doors actually shut but everybody just thought she was just playing along so then Jack try opening the door but it wouldn't open so then Joe but everybody was just playing along when he opened the door he screamed like a girl everybody chuckled a little bit even though we know we were stuck in luckily I had brought my sleeping bag we we thought there was cameras in there so we tried looking for the cameras where we realize there's no cameras in here we knew it wasn't a prank I started setting up a place for me to sleep then I realized I had only packed one sleeping bag when suddenly a big portal appears out of nowhere we just thought it was fake so then Jack stuck his head in it think it would have been it would have broke then he sees a whole another dimension Jack is freaking out like saying what is going on my head is stick out the other way and Rosie and I were looking around seeing if there's anything any tools when we heard Jackson saying that we ran as fast as we could to him or you ran into a screaming voice saying Help something's grabbing him we tried to grab him so hard luckily he only came out with a few scratches I'm freaking out Rosie's freaking out Joe's freaking out Violet's freaking out and Jack is freaking out we don't know what just happened then we see a tall gray body with it looks like to be ripped up pants we saw we see a green shirt that's also a bit ripped up I'm about to scream present it disappears I'm not confused thinking I just thought it was my mind but then I reappears I asked Jack and Jill if they sawWhat just happened but they both said yes I start to panic Violet comes up with solution she decides to block the portal that she quickly realizes she can't lock a portal it close in anytime and go somewhere else plus the fact the material she's using would it work we don't know how strong the creature is we look around and then realize this is a museum that we probably spending the night at the Museum we look around for any artifacts that would help us to defend ourselves we see and a big long Arrow at least what I think it is there's five of them everybody takes one how convenient of them anyways we all get stuff I grab a flashlight Rosie Rose the flashlight I mean the sleeping bag until a ball hard enough to knock someone down Rosie be the smart one Violet being the smart one quickly realizes that we know we don't know how strong the creature is so we don't know what kind of things and Powers you could do we don't know it could melt the swords makes it disappear or use our own weapons against us she tells Rosie and I to go find some aluminum and we go rush to get some lunch but as soon as we go there I feel saliva dripping on my shoulder I pause I hold tightly to Rosie and the weapon I look up and I see a whole nest of eggs Rosie's about to scream I cover them up quickly cuz then we realize this place is abandoned and there's some kind of creature living in here I quietly walked out Of the way slowly preparing work the fight of my life literally I walk slowly and quietly as possible I see a sign saying do not touch realizing this is just an I mean is that something fossil I start running again I grab something that might be a little bit stronger than illuminum because I realized there is no aluminum here but then there's the thought that comes if it was fake and a fossil how come I felt so like I turn around and see the creature again and I know it's the creature because it has the same shirt and pants Ivory to tell Rosie to grab her weapon but she's too scared to even move at all I said please this is for life's sake she began to cry and scream Violet comes rushing over with her weapon ready to fight for her friends throws her weapon at the creature dabbing it to the Core the creature screams and eat it and ear piercing scream we all covered our ears Jack and Jill Jack and Joe both get something hard and sharp they start to Sharp their weapons tell tell us to leave and and try to find a shield they both they both find two other tiny creatures start stabbing it and before nights we see a whole portal of creatures they both freak up and realize they're supposed to be the strong ones but still no that they're too young they they forget the rules and forget there is no rules and life the rules doesn't matter at this point they they remember how did them send themself and what to do so they killed I mean eliminate the all the creatures that they saw as soon as all the creatures are dead I mean asleep lights turn on everybody's confused I wonder what just happened Jack looked at himself saying eww cuz there is blood I mean ketchup all over him so doesn't really care but he's also freaked out at the same time and then I start to call the police but as soon as I was about to call But then I hear a voice saying you completed the challenge we wake up and then realized we still on the same Museum but this time there's a bunch of people surrounding us everybody's wearing a mask we see some worried sad and mad faces because all those people are there are all of our parents yay we see the police there and then we see our parents saying what just happened sad worried because it turns out we had the left our homes for a whole whopping 3 days they were worried sick because as soon as we went and that museum kiss you would never believe what happened when we went Museum there was a whole tank of gas that was toxic that had just exploded a few days ago when we inhaled that gas we fell asleep and we had these weird dreams causing us to hat making this fall asleep for a whole thing 3 days which explained why we had these alien dreams everybody looks sweaty there's literally a news reporter saying how did it feel to sleep for three straight days we couldn't really talk because our dreams we had kind of traumatized us when everybody wants it our Hospital you're luckily okay although we have to stay there for a couple days because the radiation as soon as we went home I literally a group chat on my computer for everybody to talk to say how was your day and are you good but before they can answer the feet are shut and saying what were you thinking going in there and there there was a big sign saying not going there I was confused cuz I didn't see any sign they were sad worry and mad luckily Rosie was the only one who didn't get radiation she was for me the first time in her life Today the story ends for now I'm going to take a break on my TV because all this talking made me tired good

My Return to My Eight-Year-Old Account

I joined KidzTalk at the age of 9 on May 19th, 2016 (8 years ago). I remember logging onto KidzTalk every day and enjoying the interaction with other users on this site. I remember using KidzTube often because I knew the content there would be more "kid-appropriate.". I had arguments, made friends, shared content, and even witnessed the creation of KidzNet, which is apparently totally different now.

It's so weird, because this site was a big part of my day when I was younger, so to come back now, almost as an adult, and still see it up and running with new users is very interesting! I got my first job, joined a cadet program (Civil Air Patrol), became a gym bro, and am currently going through college credit courses before I graduate. I never went to public school; I have been homeschooled from the beginning and still am.

As I said, it is refreshing to see the site still here and seemingly very active with users. I hope this site can be as important to others as it was to me at one point. If there are any people from my "generation," I would love to hear from you guys. It's been a while (and that's putting it lightly). Anyway, I am just popping in for a bit to check things out again. I'm sure I'll come back again at some point.

Thank you, KidzSearch, for your drive to keep this going for so long! I appreciate it.

P.S. I'm not a drummer anymore, the guitar has piqued my interest a lot more. TylerTheDrummer has a nice ring to it, though, and it's my original name, so I'll keep it.
