I just got jumpscared and nearly had a panic attack

My phone sent me this and when the message came in then the phone made a sound that reminded me of a tornado siren thingy

So now I see why school was cancelled for tomorrow

YAY NO SCHOOL

But also BOOOOOO SNOWWWWW

Like imagine. You’re just playing video games and listening to music and then suddenly your phone goes off

Yeh. I started to hyperventilate and get dizzy, which are two mains signs for me of a panic attack or trauma response, and I had to sit for a minute and actually breathe

So my granny made me mashed potatoes and handed the bowl of them to me and my phone was on KT but I go and turn it off as she approaches but it lags a little bit and takes a second to turn off and she sees KT a split second before my phone turns off and she says "I hope your on good websites on Google, sweetie. Sites your mom and dad will approve of" and I js not but inside I'm literally screaming. So after I was like "good grief that scared me so much" because not only did she get a glimpse but I haven't told my mom and dad yet. That's the SECOND TIME nearly getting caught

i had a panic attack at school today

so during math which is at the beginning of the day I started shaking rapidly and began to get rly fidgety and so I put my head down on the desk and didn't raise my hand and my teacher said 'SOMEONE isn't raising their hand' and then she waited a few seconds and she called me out on it, and then I started crying and shaking rly hard.

THE REASON IS SO PATHETIC

so since im so pathetic, I had a panic attack bc I felt I wasn't good enough to live.

I wish I could just be happy :(
