I finally came out to my parents this week as lesbian & genderfluid :) I was really nervous, but they support me ^_^ They actually said it was kinda obvious and that they weren't surprised at all lol

If you're apart of the LGBTQ community and aren't out yet/aren't in a safe space to come out, remember that you are loved and you shouldn't feel any pressure to come out of the closet if you aren't ready yet :)

No pronouns feel quite right, not even neopronouns. But not using pronouns doesn’t feel right, either.

For 4 years, I’ve been trying to figure it out but have had no luck. I have come to the conclusion that it cannot be figured out. It is beyond.

I feel like this isolates me from other lgbtq people. I want to accept it for it is, but I want to have community.

For years now, I have been using the term “novigender” occasionally, and I had the flag in my original pfp. There are other novigender people out there, I know that because I met someone before who was novigender irl. Fyi, this person was a grown [donkey] tax-paying(?) adult, probably late 20s to 30s in age, i forgot.

I was thinking in the last few months that if I severely oversimplified my gender, I would be a demiboy, and there are definitely more demiboys out there than novigender people, so I thought I’d use that term also.

For pronouns, I am also fine with he/him, so I’ve been thinking that I should start writing my pronouns as they/them/he to reflect that.

Oh wait it’s 2:20 already??? I need to sleep:(

So context Australia has two pride months! The international one in June and the national one in December.

So yesterday was my cities pride parade, and omg it was soo fun! My friend was walking in the parade so it was great seeing them towards the end. I got a picture with some fursuiters, there were some therians in the parade aswell. Someone gave me a pride flag as well!

Next year my friend said they would bring me to the parade to walk with them!

My cousin and I recently got yelled at for wearing our tails and masks out in public at a beach. A 20-35-year-old woman and her husband started yelling at us for wearing "that hideous outfit," and we are just in shock because we were just throwing sand at each other and digging in the sand, splashing each other in the water, ETC. Then she came up to us again and said, "Please take that off, you're a bad influence on my children." That's when my Aunt came up and was like, "If it's bothering you SO bad, just leave." My cousin and I were never bothered again by those people. So that leads to the answer to my question, yes, you can wear your therian gear in public, but there will always be people who will be judging, don't let them get to you!

Idk if I said it, but I did come out come out to my mom, she's okay with it for the most part. she doesn't want me to think about it a ton and doesn't want me to make it my whole personality (I won't)! for my dad, he's stated his opinions many times and my mom hasn't so that's why I didn't say much to him!

Even if you're in the closet and can't celebrate, that's okay! only make sure you can come out if it's safe, and if you want to!

To celebrate, should I make pride Kandi cuffs? I think I'll try making one for omnisexual and girlflux, then one for my friend!
