Tips for ariel

I have been trying for a awhile to do an ariel. Keep in mind I am a home gymnist. I can easily do a pop and dice kartwheel, and one handed. It just my mind is scared to do it. Does any have any tips to get over this and drills in general.

I know haven't been active at all lately but I have a big problem.......I have these friends who live in my neibkrhood and they r just insulting me and they leave me out of stuff.....I can't rlly escape them bc there like the only people I know in my neighborhood and there decent people... but they literally called me the punching bag friend in our friend group. They think it's alright and im fine with people insulting me but im not. Deep down it truly makes me mad. And I used to be a mean person and I hated the way I feel and it was because I was in a Semi toxic relationship and I couldn't get put of it. But this is worse. I have to deal with it constantly. And in my other relationship I was the mean person because thw other people wouldn't give me space and leave me alone and it drove me mad and made me mean. I don't want to be that person anymore. I want people to like me. I regret every mean thing I said to those people. And I my current relationship there being mean to me and leaving me out of things that they talk about in front of me. It all feels like payback and I guess I kinda deserve to know how it feels. And no body deserves to be bullied. I just wish I could be in thay relationship equally and included. It's not my fault I have a big forehead and big ears. I truly love myself and im happy about who I am. I am beautiful. I just wish they could stop or I could get get away from them and I can't. What should I do

I'm going on a trip tm for school. A d my school has this thing called yondr pouches to put our phones in. I sometimes do it and I sometimes. Okay so for this trip we leave an hour after school starts. I am only bringing a small bag and I don't want to bring the pouch. But my mom is forcing me to. Should I do what my mom is telling me to do or should I not?? Bc idk

Yeah I do dance not gymnastics I need help with a backbend! I can do one with someone supporting my back but I can't do one against a wall! Yeah I also need help with my cartwheel. Yeah I can do the wheel part but I can't land standing...which wasn't a problem until know because I used to do cartwheels in a dramatic floor role! I forgot how to land without doing a roundoff! Literally when I go to answer a post it's like a one word post and there's nothing to even answer. All these new peeps are spamming low quality posts that waste people's time(very sorry mods u have to deal with that) it's not fair to moderators and it's not fair to people who r actually trying to answer a post.
