i was doing some quads around a tree and some girly girls saw me and they were like, "OHMIGOD, GURLY LOOGIT THAT KID SHES SO WEERD LIEK OMIGODD" and doing that stupid thing where they cup their hands over their mouths for no reason, and it was so funny i felt amazing, and the grass was really nice beneath my paws; i've always had to do quads in my room on the carpet

But I had to take a really long break from quads for awhile, just because I got caught up in school things etc. My jump has never been amazing but I basically had to relearn how to jump after the break.

I got back into quads like 2 weeks ago. When I took a break I could jump like, daresay 5 inches? Now I did a little test and I can jump about 1.5 feet!

So my friend told me to teach her quads (shes a newly awakened therian) and I was like "sure, why not"

She wanted to go like straight into jumping, but I told her she needed to like have a good canter.

I do not mean to judge her in ANY way, but guys, she did NOT understand how to coordinate her front and back legs for the canter. Any advice for what to say to her to help? (i already taught her posture and stuff)

(being honest I am not the best teacher, i sorta gave her a link to ambers tut to see if it helped a little so i can build on that but guys what do i say)

today, i'll talk about Therians. Yes, therians.

now, before I start. I will expect 9 billion flags. Therians get very defensive, but these are my opinions. I'm also saying this. DO NOT HARASS THERIANS.

So. Therians. The kids that claim they're animals or whatsoever. I don't know much about theriantrophy, other the fact that it's everywhere on KT. They're also known for quadrobics and masks. I'm not a big fan of therians, I do think a lot of them are creative, but I don't relate to the concept that much.

every 2 posts is "Therian friends" or "Therian vent". I cannot be complaining because I used to flood this site with stuff about Scandinavian countries, had people make posts saying KT wasn't the same because of me, but even then I'm Autistic and Scandinavia is my special interest. I don't post as much about Scandinavia, since i'm trying to diverisfy my stuff and post about other things

But I feel like therians just pop up and post a TON about therians, and that's it. There are multiple therian clubs, and some users even try to make KT adapt to be for therians.

I'm not saying therians MUST get banned, i'm saying to please try to tone it down. This feels like unblocked games all over again, except this has been since 2024.

Safety risks are also bad. There were plenty of users asking for therian friends in their area, sometimes going very specific. I saw somebody reveal their school on here for therian friends. Therian users like Adi were very controversial for anti-Religious posts and posting too much therian content.

Also, it's strange how most therians are girls, gen alpha, and live in the United States or Europe. Notice?

I don't hate therians. I'm just asking please tone it down. Not all Non-Therians want to see one billion therian posts.If I was able to tone down my Scandinavian content, you can tone down Therian content

I used to be able to walk (kind of) but I didn’t bend my legs for some reason and it looked weird. I’m practicing small jumps rn but it’s hard because I can’t bend my finger properly because of other stuff :(

Mainly having problems with landing jumps

My knees tuck in too much and land just behind my arms and idk how to fix it

I can jump pretty far on my dad’s giant couch.

I used to not be able to keep my legs together while jumping, but I pinned the bottom of my pant legs together one time and now it’s fixed. I record videos of myself doing quads sometimes just to see my progress (not planning on posting unless I do a super amazing jump or something) and I have gotten so much better recently. The only problem is my heart rate gets fast while I do quads (proof I should exercise more since I’m a weakling), but I don’t think it’s too much of a problem.

I’m slightly modifying my sign-off again XD

So uhm, I’m trying bucking. I’m not that good at it bc when I first started quads I never learnt it or added it into my jumps. I realized it looked nicer or “cooler” I shall say when you add it to a jump. I will be jumping with bucks in it but mostly no bucks

Whenever I try to buck when I jump it just looks like my legs are going upwards instead of bucking :\

So for starters...yes, you can get injuries doing quads the wrong way or if you dont stretch but that can happen with LITERALLY. EVERY. EXERCISE. EVER. so shush

Also, walking on 4 legs puts significant pressure on our legs and feet, which damages our lymphatic system, gives us pain AND fluid buildup, which makes it hard to walk AND causes weight gain. But if you do quads, you move the weight around so that its evenly distributed and does not damage anything. And the younger you START quads, the more the problems dont come.

I just scientifically proved why quads STOPS you from having back problems. So yall haters can shut up about how "it causes back problems" and how "its so bad for humans"

(and no this is not ai slop, you can check, i did the research and typed this myself)

1: therians actually think they're animals. NO WE DONT!! there IS a mental illness called zoanthropy but it doesnt really have anything to do with therianthropy

2: eW dO yOu eAT -insert animal food here- NOPE. JUST SOLVING THIS NOW: we do not eat kibble, worms, cat food, vomit, whatever you put here.

3: tHeriaNs and fUrRys are tHe sAmE tHinG - no and if you say this you will likely annoy furries/therians. Furries dress up as humanoid animals for fun and therians have the soul of an animal. While there is some overlap (there are therian furries) they are NOT the same thing.

4: All therians wear gear and do quads. nope. u can be a therian without ever doing quads/gearing!

5. "being a therian sounds fun!!". - no, it is NOT. while yes there are some fun aspects like having a large community to connect to, there is ALSO a large community of haters. Also: SPECIES DYSPHORIA. (where you feel uncomfortable/wrong in your human body). Its literally one of the most depressing things ive been through (tho luckily mine is only bad sometimes) And we also CONSTANTLY get called furries (ik i already mentioned this) (i fully support furries im just NOT ONE and its annoying to be called something im not)

6: "therians are so lucky, they get to have so many friends like them"... i actually have heard this before. Uh. NO. Yes, we do have a large community that we can connect to but a lot of therians (specifically younger ones) have no access to the communities/ cant go on because their parents check their history (mine do too but i found a workaround i create a new google account without signing in to go on KT then delete it later)
