step 5. only move around for the first 5 minutes of trying to sleep so you can find the most comfortable position

Step 6. stop stressing about overthinking, your thoughts don't keep you up, unnecessary stress does

Step 7. stay still

Step 8. stop caring about going to sleep just & go to sleep

so basically my school you submit a video to the canvas course and what you do is 4 full range scales, full chromatic, and a music thing thats different every year.

I've made 1000+ recordings because I am trying to chase the perfect audition, but its annoying because I've been trying to do the scales from memory (bonus points) and legit if I make a slight mistake I restart immediately and after a long time I forget how to play the scales (because brain fart) so I just give up and come back 20 minutes later. I'm gonna try and get it done fr tho in my applied music class. (I play Bb clarinet)

I'll be straight forward with you. I think it's quite stupid how gender has become "your identity." think of it like a game of chess. you can "express" yourself through your strategy and how you move, but you CANNOT just change how the pieces move unless you're a pawn (but you're no pawn, and in the game its technically just a job promotion).

The thing is, people are confusing personality with gender. If a girl is "tough" or likes "guy stuff," that’s just her personality being unique. It doesn't mean she’s actually a dude. If a guy is sensitive, that’s just who he is. It doesn't change his biology.

Theres like no easy way to access blogs. I mean they are easy to find once you know how to find them but like... finding specific blogs in an accessible way doesn't exist. there should be a blogs tab at the top of the page (like the hot! button, unanswered, tags, etc.) that lists them and if you are the creator of a blog you can put like a short sentence summary of what the blog is about.

Peri and Bella were apparently walking around in the grasslands (theres more to that story) and they found a new place.

There is a HILL that also apparently swallows you and launches you into a landing pad INSIDE OF IT into a movie theater that projects whatever movie thats NOT a movie but you wish it was to the screen (only if Peri taps it in a certain pattern that none of know)

Nahhhhhh I have to follow a rule where if I get hurt, I have to walk from the senior school, across the primary school, and down a hill into the medical tent ToT (And yes, instead of a medical office we have a medic tent). Apparently last year before I transferred a kid was on the end of our huuugggeee oval and broke his leg and had to walk over to the medic tent

Yesterday, I rolled out a poll to change Quan's name to Quapped. Quapped is just Quan combined with chopped. it was 100% unanimously decided to be Quapped by 16 different people.

I am now closing the poll so Quapped and his goons can't mess it up.
