but there was a small sign of life!

When I was re-connecting the ribbon cable for the battery, I saw a tiny spark. So the battery is still working just fine!

That raises a different concern though.

If the battery is working, what isn’t?

It’s not like I installed an entirely dead battery on accident. It’s working. The ipod still is dead, but the battery is working.

I made sure nothing was amiss, so the problem isn’t a disconnected cable or something.

For me, my parents didnt rlly “forget” to teach me that much. The one thing they definitely messed up on was church etiquette. For those of you that don’t know, I have to go to church every Thursday and Sunday (bleeeeeeeeh). When I was seven or eight, they literally let me bring this flashing, light-up toy imto church. Now I feel bad, because I understand how annoying it is when a random kid is being disruptive. I saw an I-Pad kid playing Brookhaven on their mom’s phone.
