They sun began to set as I passed the town limits. I began to wonder where I was actually going to go. Suddenly, I approached a large looming mansion which I somehow found familiar. I realized at once that it was my Aunt Rachel's and Cousin Fab's. Fab was short for Fabianna. Her father came from Romania, but ran away with some college student after Fab was born. Luckily, when my Great-Grandparents died, they left the house to Aunt Rachel. I parked my bike and knocked on the door. After three knocks, Fab opened the door. It's amazing how different look. She has pink streaks in her naturally straight blonde hair. I have to straighten my caramel colored waves every morning and Mom wouldn't dream of letting any chemicals touch my hair."Hey girl!" she said, and smiled. One of the things I like about Fab is she doesn't ask questions. Then Aunt Rachel came to see who it was.

"Hi sweetheart!" she said. Then she saw the look of pure rage on my face.

"Come on in to the kitchen Alice. Fab and I will make some cocoa and you can tell us what happened.".

When I told Mom about my disaster of a day, she was anything but sympathetic.

"Olivia's different, Alice. In fact, I think you should stop playing with Ellie and those girls and more focusing on Olivia, at least until she's adjusted.".

"When will she be adjusted?" I asked.

"Oh, when she's like the other kids I suppose.". That's when I lost it.

"MOM, OLIVIA WILL NEVER BE LIKE THE OTHER KIDS! I'M SICK OF BABYSITTING AND LOSING FRIENDS BECAUSE OF HER!" I screamed so loud the neighbors could hear.

"Alice Siena Taylor! Go to your room!" Mom shouted. "Here Olivia, I made cookies.". But instead of going to my room, I stayed put.

"I'm leaving!" I said, then ran to the garage, got on my bike, and left.

I looked at Ellie and then at Olivia.

"Uh, actually, I remembered I am supposed to um.. clean my room. See you later Alice..." Ellie said, and walked away. I looked at Olivia, who seemed quite happy that Ellie was gone.

"Take me to the mall. I want to go to the mall." she chirped.

"Not today." I said. Not ever, I thought.

"
