So in digital design we did a project to make some sort of weird surrealism abstract art thing

But lwk didn’t try as hard on this one and it shows, but I still think it looks good and others did too, so I better get on the wall.

This unit was like two units so like combined with the French Revolution and Industrial Revolution and revolts and stuff

So I did Marie Antoinette because idk I js wanted to draw something that wasn’t a factory like everyone else

It looks mid in pictures so…

Once again that metallic marker came in clutch

Masks I'm working on!

I've never made masks before, but I had cardboard and felt and stuff so I decided to make some for fun. :DD
They aren't finished yet but I put felt on one, and the base for the other one is finished. I'm making two at a time because I really like the pointy eared one and don't want to mess it up... So the floppy eared one is the one I do stuff to first so I can kinda practice lol

This one I couldn't come up with what dog breed to make it at first so I decided on a border collie, but then I realized border collies don't have floppy ears... ;_; So i'm making it an Australian Shepherd. I'm kinda scared to paint them so I'll add felt to the other one before I paint this one.

I'm thinking of making this one a Belgian Malinois. :P I haven't glued the felt to it yet and I'm kinda running out of hot glue so idk. I have some hot glue sticks my mom accidentally got that were too big for my glue gun so if I really run out of glue I'll just cut them thinner so they fit. I think I might be being a little excessive with the glue, but they are really sturdy so its alright I suppose

To paint them I'll probably use some watered down fabric paint, or acrylic paint if I don't have the right colors. And maybe I'll make them have some fluff, because I have a bunch of yarn and I can brush out some yarn to make it fluffy and glue it to the masks. I'm also going to add a nose to both of them, i'm not sure if I want to make them out of clay or felt though.... But thats like the last step so I don't have to worry lol

Hope you liked them, I'll post them again when they are fully finished :DDD

Experimental Art

I've been doing some experimental art to improve my artstyle (or to completely change it)

Anyways here's what I came up with over the summer lol

You might remember Luka since I drew it for Marshall and just drew Miku modeled after her. This art style was inspired by older vocaloid PVs I mostly referenced the "Scissorloid" PV for this one :)

These were mostly inspired by Arina Tanemura and Ocean In Space and early 2000's shojo art as a general :P I like the pig tail girl but Gumi has seen better days...

This was a mistake featuring VFlower's design Yubisaki Halation design created by Kisara but with curly hair since I saw curly haired VFlower on Pinterest and wanted to give it a shot lol. Anyways I think artist should share their "bad" art so more people can see not everything an artist creates is a masterpiece (or whatever you would call my art lol)

This piece of V3 Flower was inspired by Nounoknown and Miwashiba :3

so this is just some weird way. I remember how to draw so remember the earthmover? no? well too bad I’m gonna make you remember this guy now you see when it’s leading up to its head he has like those sections now imagine those were the parts to your torso and the base that his legs were coming out of was your pelvis

that’s basically how I imagine it so first you’re going to want to draw something that looks a little like thismake sure to draw in little light lines and make sure that you know what exactly you’re trying to draw. Maybe look at some reference art that really helped me and now for the limbs practice drawing cylinders at different angles it might take a while to get used to, but it’s required no make sure you draw a tiny little guidelines to where you want the limbs to end and where you want the limbs to start

now lightly begin at one of those beginning guidelines and then once you reach a links that you were comfortable with stop, sketching and then lightly draw a line at the bottom of it fully making it a cylinder repeat this process for the other parts(future me here

Please draw light little circles on where the shoulders normally are this will actually help you a lot on where to start the lines for the arms and where to stop also make sure that you

are reading this at a good speed so that you understand it more)

now the process on drawing hands. My sister actually taught me a trick for this, which I like to call the McDonald’s draw like the basic shape of a french fry box now in the middle draw two fries glued together and then two other fries sticking out and for the thumb imagine a chicken wing was glued to the side of that box

There you go! that’s how I draw hands(and of course, remember to detail them more later on) now how to draw legs and feet simply do the same thing you did with the arms, but more thick once again returning to earth mover

at the base of his legs. They just look like cylinders and he also has three parts to the leg the upper part connected to the pelvis, then the shin, and then the feet

Now the feet I want you to just draw a square and a small circle at the end of that square and now draw a triangle coming out of that circle! now you have a basic way to draw feet! good job! now for the head. This is EVERYTHING however please don’t feel too pressured

it’s fine if you don’t get it that good practice makes perfect first draw circle, and then a plus on that circle, and then write above the middle line draw another line

This will define the size of the eyes then for the eyes simply just draw a circle a line(or whatever you want) inside of it, and then do a rectangle right above this makes the eyebrow

so good job you got the eyes done

However now you have to mouth and hair

Let’s start with the mouth draw a line on where you want the chin to be now draw a mouth under it (I’m not gonna go into detail on how to draw mouth cause that’s pretty simple)

There now you gotta mouth now for the hair

I am actually not that good at this believe it or not so I’ll try my best to explain it!

First do a tiny dot on where you want the hair to start now tiny little lines going out of it and now connected to the rest of the head and etc. YOU DREW SOMEONE!

I’m proud of you! good job even if it doesn’t look that good. I’m glad I could help somehow!
