(Don't ask why I don't have an answer.) it works by electrochlorination of salt water. (Its way to complicated to explain here so you can look at the Wikipedia page on electrochlorination.) Basically you fill it up with salt water and turn the power on and it should make bleach! But you have to run the gray container with the car jumper cables outside because of unwanted chemical side reactions that make chlorine gas. How I made it was a basically just got an AC step down transformer and attached a full wave rectifier to it and wired that to a voltage and amperage meter and then wired it to the electrolysis chamber (basically a 2 gallon plastic container that uses 2 butter knifes as electrodes.) And if I do this right It probably won't explode.&nbsp;</p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p>Well anyway I'm going to turn it on and see if it can make some bleach!
