Imo the semidioses from the books The Sunbearer Trials and Celestial Mosters are more powerful then the demigods from Pjo

Like, dont get me wrong I still absolutely love all the demigods in all the Pjo series, especially my fav couple Nico and Will, but the Semidioses from books listed above are objectively more powerful, and it’s so cool that their blood color shows if they are a Jade, a Gold, or and Obsidian (the obsidian semidioses are my favorite).

Also isnt it cool that Spanish has a gender neutral word for god/goddess?

It’s Diose (god is Dios, and Goddess is Diosa)

So, I've been reading the 4th Harry Potter book, and uhh sadly no I haven't read the 2 other books before this one, but I have read and completed the 1st Harry Potter book. I honestly love reading the Harry Potter books, IT'S LITRALLY WAYYY BETTER THEN THE MOVIES. (No offensive tho if you guys like the movies more). And when I read the 1st Harry Potter book I just loved it, and it felt so real like I was part of the stories

And the Harry Potter books are the only books that really entertain me and where I don't get bored of [:

so, i'm reading Where the Red Fern Grows right now, and i already know what trope it's going to use. it's the generic, "awww nooo the lovable dog died!!!! it's so sad and original oh noooo!!!!"

it's pretty much just a pathetic attempt at getting us to feel sad without providing any real, proper character development. the only lesson we, as the reader, and the main character learn is that dogs die. this works for a story whose overarching theme is, "hold on to things while you have them" but in a story like WtRFG whose theme is persistence and determination, this is really lazy and low-effort.

also they literally STATED the climax in the intro to the book so that sucks, too.

Ash was 15 and so was anna. ash didn't live with her dad because her mom broke up with him when ash was 6. She was an only child. Ash rolled out of bed and onto the floor. her mother yelled from the kitchen 'come eat breakfast I made waffles today is going to be a big bright day'. No, it is not going to be, this horrible ash thought. Ash didn't move for a minute. 'Come here now' yelled her mom. Ash got up she walked through the hallway filled with pictures. And went to the kitchen.

As Good As Dead by Holly Jackson.

When I read A Good Girl's Guide to Murder last month, it had easily become my favourite series of the year. I loved it, I really did. The main character, Pip, is a strong female lead, brave, smart, and fearless. I liked reading the books and being with her in her journey.

So after reading the first two, I picked up the last book of the series - As Good As Dead.

It was not what I expected.

From the start of the book, Pip was paranoid and traumatised after the stanley you-know-what incident. How many times do you think she wiped her hand in the book? In this book, she acts so differently from her character. She has become angry, unwilling to let anyone help her, not valuing therapy. Not to mention the 'stuff' from Luke. Is this really the Pip I know? Pip is not stupid. But what is the Pip in this book doing?

OK, from another perspective, what I liked is how there is two sides to everything. To put it another way, not everything in this world is good or bad. Rather there is a gray area between them. I think it really shows in this book.

Let's move on to the next point: this book barely has mystery, which is completely different from the last two ones. The characters threw off their values, changing into someone I don't recognize from the last two books. The thing about DT was not really a mystery. It got found out quickly. From there it went downhill. It's not even mystery anymore. Just descriptions...and descriptions. (trying not to put any spoiler lol)

So, Let's see what's the end like. I think we didn’t get fully enclosure as to what happened after that. It was a bit rushed. But I also think it could be left that way to the reader's imagination.

Now off to my ratings for the book. This was an OK book. My ratings would be 3 stars out of 5. This book has dark themes, so I would not recommend for younger readers.

Okay, so I finished reading the first book of this trilogy, and let me tell you guys, I will never stop talking about because I loved it so much!!! x3

The book had every element I love! The thrills, the suspense, the mystery, it was all there. Pip is my favourite character now! Not to forget our Ravi Singh (ravi-shing HAHA)

I'm going to Vermont for the first time!! You know what that means! No, not snow. Not skiing. A 5 HOUR CAR DRIVE. Uggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. So I'm looking for any good books, preferably horror, thriller, murder mystery, etc. To read on the drive so I don't actually die of boredom. Some books I've read and liked before are Where He Can't Find You, and From Below, both by Darcy Coates. Any recomendations? Please and thank you!!

I'm reading the scorch trials!!

So I'm on the chapter where Brenda gets introduced and tbh I feel like brenda is a better suit for thomas than Teresa.

I kind of got spoiled about what Teresa does later in the books. now I don't know how to feel about her. Even though she did it for thomas but I don't feel the same way for her anymore. I think thomas and Teresa are better suited as close friends. Or maybe as twins? Them being twins would actually make more sense because the you know, the telepathy thing.

So far I'm liking brenda. She's nice. Also thomas seems to like her.

My favorite character is minho! :) he has a cool vibe to him. I really liked how he was supportive to thomas when everyone was against him. Minho seems like the cool older brother i'd look up to. Not to mention he's the keeper of the runners! So awesome.

for example, 9x4 = 36. 3+6 = 9.

Hello everyone! Today I will show you 7 TV shows for dogs lovers. I'm a dog lover myself, and have a six year old miniature dachshund named Dixie. I love taking care of her, and Use a lot of books and TV shows to learn how.

If you want to do that too, here's my opinion. Did you know that dogs can watch TV? Use some of these to entertain your dog while you are away or if there is thunder, fireworks, or any other sound your dog can be afraid of. Here are some good doggie TV choices:

1. DOGTV       Dogtv is a YouTube channel with doggie relaxations, stimulation, and even things for you. I've heard that there is an app, and you can buy it on your Direct TV, or Roku for more. It is kind of like Netflix for dogs. Found in YouTube, or the app.

2. Relax My Dog          If you also have a cat, there is a Relax My Cat, as well. Relax My Dog is an all day entertainment with virtual walks and music. Includes some other channels, which are the same thing, like Calm Your Dog, or Pet Tunes. Found in YouTube, or the app. Yes, there is an app for relax my dog.

Here are some things for you to watch so you can be an excellent carer for your dog.

3. Dog Tales Found on YouTube TV. Show for you, with different sections of caring, like what foods are safe for dogs to eat, or grooming (brushing) basics, or activities when your dog is bored. Very helpful

4. AnimalWised                      Special YouTube channel with relaxing music for your dog, DIY things for your pet, or homemade safe ice cream for dogs. Remember, this is not for you. Animal Wised also talks about how to care for your dog, and if you have noticed some weird changes with your dog, there are some videos on weird things that dogs do, and how to stop them. Talks about all pets, not just dogs. Found on YouTube

I used to be soooooooooo ,I don't know , cringe. I still am, and I'll probably cringe at this . But hey life is to short to be embarrassed. I used to use exclamation marks wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy to much and I used to write like this:

Harry Potter Shower Thought Theory

So. I was reading Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, and I sort of fixated on the description of the dementors, I honestly thought- what if they are a kinda metaphor for depression? Like they make you feel bleak and empty and make bad memories replay in your head all the time and are really cold and dark? And they even state that muggles can’t see them but feel the effects of their presence. So in a way, depression is kinda like having your own personal dementor? And asking for help/ trying to get better is akin to a patronus charm? It’s plausible and I actually think it would be a cool way to cope with my own depression, objectifying it and making it not a part of me but a demon I can banish if I ask for help!

So, with GemHeart leaving (nooooo) and Gemmalyn and Nori never really taking off, I decided to write another furry story! This is basically gonna be a narrative of my life from the summer going into 6th Grade up until now, but whenever a certain trigger happens, everyone becomes a furry!
