Hey guys! For a while now, I have been holding a short story contest! Unfortunately, I have had very few entries, and I know there are some AMAZING author here on KidzTalk, so don't be shy- I'd love to hear your story! Just go to ask a question, with the category "Writing Contests" and the question "AbsoluteOwl's Contest Entry" . All genres are accepted, from mystery to nonfiction, and realistic fiction to a science fiction! I'm sorry but poems do NOT count, but I will be holding a poetry contest after this. The deadline is June 5, 2016. Your story can be as long or as short as you want, just make sure you can put it all in one post. If anything is changed I will tell you. I will be awarding a first, second, and third place, along with four honorable mentions. There are no prizes accept for bragging rights and knowing that you are a fantastic author! I will be posting new messages about the contest every day and once we get some more entries I will post a leaderboard. I hope to see a variety of stories! Good luck!
