This is a Guess Which User I Am Riddle. Both of these stanzas gives a description and a large hint that relates to me. Can you guess who I am? Here is the riddle again:

In the Hobbit there was one

Harry Potter had more than three

Look up, up, up,

And you might see me.

I am the first with a @cat at my tail,

He says I will faulter,

He says I will fail:

But I cannot. I will not! I will not fail.
