<title>Stretch routine. Stretching for dummies #1</title>

<description>Hi guys this is my first post for stretching for dummies. Today I will be giving you a 10 minute stretching routine. This routine will be made especially for flexibility. Hope you all enjoy. Remember to listen to your body and don't over stretch.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1. Warm up for one minute doing a cardio exercise. This is to get your muscles warmed up to avoid Injury.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2. One leg reach. Do both legs for 15 seconds then do both at the same time for 30 seconds. 1 minute total&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3.butterfly for 30 seconds. Go as far as you can but stop if you feel any sudden pain. Remember to breath&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4. Do a pancake stretch for 30 seconds. Do a straddle position then fold in foward as far as you can go.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
5. Repeat 2, 3, and 4&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
6. Do your left split. Start with your right knee on the ground. And your left leg is in front of you. Make sure you have a sock or somthing under your foot so you can slide better. You probably can't do your split at first but with consistency you will be at sompoint. Do this for 30 seconds.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
7. Do your right split the same way you did your left split. Do this for 30 seconds&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
8. Finally Do your middle split. Do this for 1 minute &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
9. Congrats you did it. Feel free to do this throughout the day. Remember with consistent practice you will see results and hopefully some day achive your goal. Feel free to do light stretching after this</description>
