<title>The method to getting taller</title>
<link>https://www.kidzsearch.com/questions/480368/the-method-to-getting-taller</link>
<description>Feeling inferior next to your friends? I gotchu my friend. To keep it short and simple, go on sprints, stretching helps a lot, I may not be able to give you specifics, but going on 18 second full sprints, then having a break for 30 seconds to a minute at least 6x a week, can make a difference in your height, ofc height is mostly genetics, but you can have an effect on it. its about 70-80% genetics, 20-30% lifestyle. No reason to not chase that extra 20 or 30%. Stretches can help a lot, it would be best to do some research on it so you can do stuff simply to benefit yourself.</description>
