My great grandfather lived in fort.Myers, Florida.Thomas Edison had a winter home in fort Myers.Thats how my great grandfather knew Thomas Edison!!

Today, I think, we are going to see the first part of the wall! We are hiking 10 miles again! ( BTW....yesterday we hiked 10 miles also.)( If you want to learn about Hadrians Wall, check out DKFindout.com! Then type in "Hadrains Wall")

My Dad and I just got back from walking 10 miles, the view was nice!!

Even though it was hard, it was so fun! We are staying at the Orchard House in Newtown England, the people that own this place will get us a table at a pub and we can eat there. A pub here in England basically means a restaurant and bar. The Orchard House is nice and clean!

First, we will have to take a taxi to the nearest bus station, we are going to take a bus to Bowness On Solway, which is where we are going to start our hike. The hike will be about 14-16 miles. When we are hiking the 14 to 16 mile hike we are just heading back to the hotel we are at right now.

If you don't know what I'M talking about, it's when my dad and I ONLY are going to walk across Hadrians Wall....Hadrians Wall goes across England, but since England is skinny, it's only 90 miles but it will be a tough hike!! It will take a week or so to hike it. After the hike, we will have a couple of days to rest and go to museums! Right now we are in Frankfurt Airport waiting to get on a flight to take us to London Airport. We are getting a snack right now.

My Dad and I are hiking 84 miles in England following Hadrian's Wall!

We are leaving on April 9, 2017. My dad and I are sharing a channel on YouTube. Anyway, history time: Hadrian's Wall was built to keep the barbarians up in Scotland from getting into England, it was built in the year 122AD (go to DK find out to find out more about it!). Hadrian's Wall runs from the East Coast to the West Coast of England. I'm going to hike across a whole country!! Here is the link to DK where you can find out more:

Advice On what to Wear and Where To Hike in Texas! And Rules

What to wear: When you hike you need tall shoes because if you're ankle slips the tall top part will stop it from slipping all the way and break your ankle! And also have "hiking sticks" to keep you balanced, let's say you almost fall down, you're hiking sticks will stick into the ground and hold you from falling! And have a backpack with you......a good quality backpack. And you can have some water in your backpack energy bars ect, ect. And to not use up all of you energy make sure you step on the most strait part of the trail. Let's say in the middle of the trail there's a big drop, and on each side of the trail it's a small but strait hill and if you try the big drop your leg drops quickly and you run out of breathe but if you take the small strait part you go strait and your fine. Now good place to hike in Texas. The place my family and I hike a lot at is "Tyler State Park" and a better and a good view place to hike is "Garner State Park".
