Feeling inferior next to your friends? I gotchu my friend. To keep it short and simple, go on sprints, stretching helps a lot, I may not be able to give you specifics, but going on 18 second full sprints, then having a break for 30 seconds to a minute at least 6x a week, can make a difference in your height, ofc height is mostly genetics, but you can have an effect on it. its about 70-80% genetics, 20-30% lifestyle. No reason to not chase that extra 20 or 30%. Stretches can help a lot, it would be best to do some research on it so you can do stuff simply to benefit yourself.

Not saying this will work for every girl, but it will work for a LOT of them. Now as long as you arent grotesquely ugly, this method should work.

First of all, basic things to do, get accustomed to the girl, know what kind of person she is, what she likes, observe her without being creepy about it, talk to her without being creepy about it, for example if you need help on a question in class, ask her, if you need directions in the hallway, ask her, light things like that. just don't seem desperate.

Next, apply the law of Scarcity, for example say she's at an event or something of the sort, if a lot of guys approach her and try to hit on her, in that scenario you should walk up to her, say hi, and carry on. That makes you different to her, and that makes you stand out, making her more interested in YOU. (don't be desperate about it)

The last thing, arguably the most important thing, is nose pheromones, believe it or not there is science to getting girls, in simple terms, girls' noses smell pheromones differently from men, pheromones that men don't smell. Both guys and girls smell MHC molecules, I'll spare the details on that. However, girls are more attracted to guys that have MHC molecules that differ from their own, so this is straight up luck based. If you want any more information, there's a video called "The science of getting girls" on youtube, i'd recommend checking it out.

Listening to Norse Sagas

So… Inga The Finnish-American told me on a Nordic forum website for kids (not saying her username on that forum) about Lyrical Sagas, and I decided to listen to one. Basically, Sagas are Icelandic and Faroese stories that can be both sung and read, and they’re mostly from the Viking age.

I decided to start off with some of Inga’s recommendations, I decided to listen to the Saga of Sigmundskæði Eldra. I already knew the basic story of the saga because one of my favorite songs is based off it. (Sigmundskevi by Harald Foss) Basically the song is about some Norwegian king who was responsible of spreading Norwegian culture to the Faroe Islands in the Viking age.

One thing I like about the Sagas is that they sound interesting. Most of the stanzas are different, with the main stanza line. The sung versions of Sagas mostly Acapella with the exception of drums, and there is a lot of ambience (for example, if there is a fight you can hear swords clashing, if there is a travelling scene you could hear the ocean) so that is nice, it makes it feel like you are the main character.

The worst thing about them tho….. They’re super long. The Saga i’m currently listening to is 35 minutes long. One of the Sagas I have in my playlist is 3 hours long. This is a problem because let’s say I am doing my schoolwork while listening to a saga, as this doodle portrays

Well, let’s say I get called to dinner or I have my therapy sessions. My school computer only allows a few songs on Youtube, and you can’t look at channels or save your watch history. Well, that means I have to listen to all 3 hours of the same Saga once I return. Another problem is that my very unorganized, chaotic Autistic mind will be confused on what happened.

Overall, Sagas are good IF

You have a lot of time
You can understand any Nordic language
You Like stories
Your brain can handle a lot of information about the story, even after not doing anything with it
You like Vikings

(also, FYI Sagas can be both Non-Fictional and Fictional, I always thought all sagas are fictional, but I guess not :0)

So to eat you have to open your mouth take the food with your hand or cutlery in to your mouth. Once the food is in your mouth press it continuously with your teeth. Once the pecies are very small swallow it. To drink you have to pour the edible liquid in to your mouth and swallow it. To breath you have to open your mouth and suck in the air and release it with your nose.

Where I live we can't have a pool . Why? Bears. They Decide to have fun in the pool and to relax . it would be find , but we can't have pools unless there inflatable.

Kitty pools I know I said without the pool ,but this a exception sure you can't swim in it ,but it can really help cool you down if you just dip your feet in
Sprinklers there easy to find just attach a hose . alternatively you can just use a hose any way you like.
Ice cream, ice cold drinks etc
Cooling towels
Go outside in the evenings or early mornings
