so I've been trying to lose weight and stuff so I've been doing yoga and going on a lot of walks. I feel like I still eat too much tho bc I eat when im bored even if im not that hungry. so what could I do instead of eat so I dont feel like I have to all the time??? I also wanna just start eating smaller meals in general n stuff so maybe a way to feel less hungry too?? oh also just general advice on losing weight is welcome too!!

Things to do as a alterhuman!!

(Remember not all alterhumans have shifts wear gear do quads and can remember past lives)

If you have wings/live in the air:

Try swinging on a swing, go to a tall tower, go cloud gazing, sit on the end of a diving board or you can going on a speed boot so it’s like your flying with all the wind on your face.

If you have gills/go in the water:

Go for a swim, take a bath, splash in some water or you can do some hand dishes it a win win you get to play in water and you get clean dishes!

If your a land creature:

Try doing some quads, sit on a cool rock In the sun, clime a tree, make a den or go for a walk.

You live in the cold:

play in some snow or if you don’t have snow you can make some! Sit in front of the air conditioner, stand in front of the freezer or snuggling up in some blanket like it’s cold out.

Random:

Make gear, do quads act like you theriotype/kintype, Make a alterhuman journal, have a shift, try and see a past memory.

Remember you’re awesome even if you don’t have shifts do quads, have gear or know you theriotype/kintype yet.

Ok so.

I have been drawing all day and making concepts and characters and oml I know what to do with the story now. The main character is named Oromina Ruramingo. She has 2 short pigtails with bows on them, and do you know the old drawing from Meow Meow Massacre? That girl is the villain. Ruramingo's best friend, Luvilla Yumi, is also a main/supporting character. This is a magical girl story. the two fairies turn them into magical girls so they can protect the villain from killing the love and draining life from people. there will be more magical girls btw and you will see concepts from me and more. sorry for not posting lately, and tell me what u think!

First of all this is not about me, it's about my new friend that just joined my school. I need you guys to pray for her. People are starting to spread rumors that she is telling people to do, well you know, self harm. (I'm trying to say this appropriately.
