I have before, with the song Chaotic by Tate McRae. My friend went crazy. She started getting scared and asking me when the heck did I say that bc one of the lines is “you said it looks like you’ve been going through hell” and she was so confused. I felt bad but it was hilarious. In the end she somehow came to the conclusion that there was a death in my family which was totally off. Then I sent her the song and she was so mad! But then she thought it was funny.

I've just kinda become irrelevant, and the spark that was there before is gone. This may be due to a number of reasons. However, I'm not listing them, due to the fact that they may be controversial topics. It's also a struggle everyday to stay active when I open KT, and I'd be lucky to see 3 notifications. I truly don't think it's much worth it anymore. I don't see the people I used to around here. I just see a lot of people who I have never heard of before. No offense to them, but I miss some old people. This is a really tough choice for me. I'm leaving soon for the summer, anyways. But I realized that any mark I was ever going to make on here has been made. I'm pretty sure most people don't even know who I am. I procrastinate on all I plan to do. My mental health hasn't been the best either. As much as I'd love to keep going on KT, I just don't know if I have the stability with myself to do so right now. Maybe it's just a mood I've been in lately, I don't know.

I'm being fully honest, if you're reading this, and you're someone I don't know, I probably won't care if you tell me to stay. I don't mean this in a mean or rude way, but I don't know you. So I'm not likely to listen to you telling me to stay.

So a long time ago like 2 yrs if you were around you would have known me as Fire Queen and known that I was going through a tough time with my parents. Also what you didn't know I was going through a rough patch in my mental health. And I was thinking about ending it all I was sad all the time crying all the time. And I would spend hours in the bathroom on YouTube crying bc I felt like the only safe place from my parents was my bedroom.

This got to the point where I started to bite myself again. For context I had chronic depression in 2nd grade both my grandpa and grandma died that year. I was crying all the time I had no friends except for one girl who was so toxic and everyone call be a crybaby (IN SECOND GRADE). I didn't know what depression or self harm but the only way to get my anger and sadness was to bite myself into stop crying. (I am so much better now)

Anyways Covid hit hard and I'm a very extroverted person and not being around people acually really hurts my mental health. But KT started making me feel better talking to all these people other than the people at my school.

But It got so bad that some songs I just can't even listen to anymore without crying. Anyways you guys are like my therapy. I don't cry almost at all anymore and I feel so much better every day.

One question if you have had depression have you had any side effects that have stuck with you forever?

Some of mine I dislike sad songs, I feel safer in the bathroom, and I can't fall asleep without white noise?

So shout out to the KT team for creating this place and shout out to everyone who was there for me in that rough time and generally shout out to everyone reading this!

First of all, we all teenagers need to remember that some kids also use this app. But in this app, so many people are using bad words in the KidzTalk. So, we are teenagers, we understand, A lot of kids use KidzTalk. If we use bad words here, the kids will also learn the bad words and use them. But, if kids keep using bad words, one day their parents will complain about this app. And one day, the KidzTalk will be banned because of all the bad reviews. So, we should never use bad words. If we use, this app can be banned.

Anxiety and stress affects everyone, some more than others. And I swear, us kids are going through an INTENSE amount of stress ALL THE TIME. Literally 24/7 theres something to worry about. So to help with the tough times, I have tips for anxiety, as I have had diagnosed depression and anxiety for 3 years (actually anxiety for four). Use these tips for anxiety anytime and you’ll feel calmer!

1. The Breathing Technique

Yeah, I know, I know. They ALL SAY to do the boring breathe in and out. But it does help. Plus, this has a bit of a twist. So, when your stressed, take 5 deep breaths. Each time you breathe in, however, imagine your inhaling this bright holy light of goodness into your body. Then, when you breathe out, imagine breathing out a cloud of smoke that’s full of the anxieties in your body. Each time you breathe, you cleanse yourself of the bad stuff and welcome the good stuff. And after the five breaths you have become the little angel your grandma keeps telling you that you are (even though most the time you aren’t). And your CALMER.

2. The %$#&!!!

We can’t curse, otherwise we get our butts kicked by the adults. However, science has literally PROVED that cursing makes you feel better. So the next time you curse, tell your mom that science is on your side for once. Even if you whisper them, though, curse words do make you feel better because your releasing your anger through them or something. So CURSE AWAY*, MY FELLOW CHILDREN. *appropriately

3. The Senses Trick

When your stressed, sometimes focusing on yourself for a moment helps. So think to yourself and answer these questions: How am I feeling? What do I see? What do I hear? What do I feel? What do I smell? What do I taste?

Then ask yourself once your ready how you feel again. The answer may be a little better than the first time.

4. Touchy-touchy!

I do this a lot and it’s kind of weird so I recommend you do it when your alone in your room. Walk around the room and touch everything you see at the speed you find best. You can, like I do, think about what you’ve done to each of these items, or how they’ve contributed to you. I know, it’s weird. It can help though! I like the textures on my fingers the most. It’s calming.

5. Split Brain

I definitely talk to myself a lot. It’s funny. But sometimes if I talk back and forth to myself, I feel better. I say to myself all my stresses and then I respond back with all my reassurances. It makes me feel as if someone understands me, or someones there to help, even though it happens to be myself. I laugh at myself and the dumb things I say too. The reassurances are worthwhile!

6. Things to Do

There are SO MANY things that can take your mind off of your anxieties too. These things include…. (Listening to music)(Going outside)(Laughing at jokes)(Doodling)(Reading)(Watching your favorite show)(Cleaning [when your actually in the mood])(Hanging with friends)(Getting exercise)(Doing what you like)(Cooking)

I live in Seattle and I am mostly new to kids search. I have a angel dog named Lucy she is so CUTE I feel I should keep saying cute 3000 times but I would bore u so I won’t but I worship her. My main problem in life is Lucy (my mini golden doodle dog) luvs my mom more than me so I may be slightly jealous ok supper jealous of my mom but I have no idea how to get Lucy to luv me more at least close to the amount she luvs my mom but enough yapping from me. What does my dream mean?

I have been having dreams about bears. The first one was when I was being chased by a bear. The second one was when I was inside looking out the window and there was a bear just sitting there, laying down like a cat does when they want to be petted (y'all crazy cat lovers know what I'm talking about). Anyway, I asked google, and it said that if a bear is chasing you in a dream it signifies you avoiding a big issue and needing to deal with it now.

In the second dream, it was weird bc it felt so real, since i was in the second dream looking at the bear, and remembering having a dream about a bear chasing me before. So I thought that I was in reality at this point. (I have very vivid dreams. I don't know if recognizing other dreams within dreams means something regarding the meaning of them both, I just know that I have a bizarre memory so maybe that's all it is) so please help me if you may know what it means or how to deal with it. Thanks.

FUN FACT ABOUT ME: I can remember the layout of both houses that I've lived in, even though I'm 13 now and was 5 years old or less while living in them, but I will still have trouble remembering what I had for dinner last night. (What DID I have for dinner last night????)
