Kidztalk is no place for artificial intelligence. Most of the questions are about things such as:

-polls

-emotions

-funny stuff

-opinions

-emotional help

and the list goes on. Kidzbot is only useful for questions about:

-homework

-information

-assistance

and that's about it. See the problem? People are also saying, "what did Kidzbot do to you!?" it's less about Kidzbot being in the way. It's more about the mental damage and what it says about the rest of the world. The smaller users on here are slowly being taught, "who needs human opinions and views when you have AI?" and that's not right. On top of that, it shows that even kids' sites are being taken by artificial intelligence, leaving older, more knowing users with a worse view of the already horrible world around them, and it leaves less people with hope to stop AI from overtaking humanity.

I say this now, and I will always believe this way. AI was basically created to be the fastest and smartest search engine in the world. It was created to provide answers from multiple different sources online, and word it in a way that anybody could understand it. AI is becoming a more popular form of information everyday. They began with online websites and chats such as ChatGPT, which was created November 30, 2022. They have even added AI to Google, so when you search something, an AI option is automatically generated, with information from other websites that relate to your question. They added this to phones and tablets a while ago. By saying "Hey Siri," or "Hey Google," you are basically asking AI for help.

AI is a mixture not only of science, but also of electronics, in my view. Lets use these new employee robots as an example of this. In order to create the robot, you need to build it. You would also need to put a code in the robot after it was fully created. These codes could include understanding languages, which may require coding in a personal translator, and in order for the robot to be able to move around, you'll need to code in a certain distance it'll travel, how fast it'll travel, but if you want it to avoid bumping into anything, you'll want to add censors. And, to even make this all work, you're going to have to figure out a way to give the robot a code to make it think, act, and speak for itself, but still answer the customers questions and fulfill their requests.

For one tiny robot, it requires an incredible amount of work. So you're basically creating an object that could easily be destroyed, that can glitch, that can be stolen, and that cost millions of dollars, or more, to make. Just to replace real human beings, who are getting money for the work, who don't glitch, who don't easily get "destroyed", and who can fight for themselves to avoid getting "stolen".

But, that's not the point. AI has been taking over every website, every store, every electronic, literally everything we use. So what's going to happen when all people are replaced with robots? How will people get paid? Will they just be given money for the robot doing their work? What if the robot does something wrong? It wouldn't be the workers fault, it would be a virus or glitch in the coding that caused the robot to fail. What are they going to do with jobs?

I can understand that AI search engines are fast, but it's not always accurate. Why can't we have real people answer these questions? Well, perhaps not a lot of people are willing to use the search engine, or maybe they don't want to share their information with others.

Adding an AI to KT has its ups and its downs..

Some positives of KidzBot, KT's new AI helper, is that questions will be answered faster. Some posts don't get answers from users. KidzBot helps quite a bit in this situation, helping out those who need answers, and giving it to them in a faster manner.

However, KidzBot has a chance not only of giving false information, however, I have found a few posts where users have asked more than one question in one post, and KidzBot only answers the first or second one.

KidzBot, overall, has brought a big change to KT. Whether positive or negative, it's still influenced KT in quite a way. Though I may have mixed thoughts about KidzBot and AI, that doesn't mean anything. I will still respect and honor the decision KT has made, as should everyone who is active. We may not like it, but it's not our decision. In the end, what will it change? It makes KT more alive than it had before KidzBot was added.

hey ks! so guess what. ai is very bad for the environment! fun fact. ai uses a LOT of power, which puts pressure on the electric grid and increases carbon dioxide emissions. also, ai data centers need a LOTTTT of water for cooling, which can disrupt local ecosystems and lower water pressure to a trickle for the surrounding homes. it also takes humans jobs, especially creative careers related to art, photography and writing. it took my own mother's job, and she went to college for 4 years as a disabled mother of two. she risked a lot for a job she cant even get now because of ai. and a lot of my friends are having to stray away from their dreams because they're actively watching their goal careers get taken away from them by ai. it's generally a horrible thing, it causes all of these issues for just a little bit of convenience. i wrote in my other post about AI about the mental issues i've experienced because of ai and how kidzbot doesnt have a place here, you can go read that. i just wanted to say some stuff about the return of kidzbot rq.

Listen peeps, when it answers one of your questions unless it's actually giving a proper answer and is not self glazing, then don't give it best answer, because then the clanker will assume it's doing something good and great, thus it'll keep self glazing or giving advoident responses.

So I saw that KT just released the KT Bot, and honestly, I’m not sure how I feel about it. On one hand, it’s really cool that KT made a safe, moderated bot that users can interact with. It shows they’re trying to innovate and give us new tools to use. But at the same time, I feel like it kind of defeats the original purpose of KT.

Think about the name—KIDZtalk. The whole idea is that kids talk. Not “BotzTalk” or “AIZTalk” (lol). This platform was made for kids and teens to connect, share ideas, express opinions, and have real conversations with each other. That’s what makes KT special—it’s a community built by and for young people, not just another space for AI chats.

Don’t get me wrong, I think the KT Bot could be useful for things like homework help, research, or quick answers. But when it comes to actual discussions, debates, or sharing personal thoughts, I feel like that should stay between real users. There are already plenty of AI tools out there like ChatGPT or Copilot that can do the same kind of stuff.

It’s a cool idea, but I just don’t want KT to lose what makes it unique—a place where kids talk. What do you guys think about this?
