I watched Miraculous World London: At The Edge Of Time and it was an incredibly interesting movie, even though it was only 49 minutes long. It added so much depth to the plot, and set up the scene of Season 6. (Also, this special was the last ever production of Miraculous using the original animation style.)

I want to talk about my favourite part. If you want, I can do a full recap of the whole scenario that explains the context of the movie, but for now I'll just say my favourite part. But I still will need to give you a little bit of context.

Lila Rossi now has the Butterfly Miraculous because Gabriel Agreste is dead (let's say this is Timeframe 2), so she akumatizes herself to become a time-traveller and goes back in time (to Timeframe 1) to spy on Marinette Dupain-Cheng (as Bug Noire) and writes everything in a notebook, because normally once someone is de-akumatized they lose all memories of everything that happened during the time that they were akumatized. But Lila, being an evil genius, realizes if she de-akumatizes herself and reads everything she wrote down during the time she was akumatized, she would know who Ladybug really is.

I'm just going to interrupt to say that in chronological order, the timeframes are Timeframe 1, Timeframe 2 then Timeframe 3.

So during the time Lila had written what Ladybug's secret identity is but before she got de-akumatized, Marinette (as Chronobug, fusion of Ladybug and Rabbit Miraculous) did one of the smartest things I've ever seen.

She went out of the Burrow (basically a, well, burrow with many time portals) to snatch the notebook, went back in the burrow and forged the writing from LADYBUG = MARINETTE DUPAIN-CHENG to LADYBUG = GABRIEL AGRESTE (with her lucky charm, hand sanitizer, that she used to erase her own name) then exited the Burrow through a portal right in front of the one she went in with the un-forged notebook. You follow? I hope you do. Because, to Lila as her akumatized self, nothing happened and since the two portals were so close to each other, she suspected nothing. But because of the power of time travel, once all the portals close, Chronobug now has the forged book. She gives it up to Lila, knowing it has the wrong information, and when Lila eventually de-akumatizes herself, she reads it and immediately knows she messed up, because she know Gabriel Agreste is dead.

Edit (5 Feb 2026): actually Chronobug only has the Ladybug Miraculous, not the Ladybug and the Rabbit. Chronobug is green/yellow because before she transformed, she was wearing a reflector vest as Marinette. The fusion of the Ladybug and Rabbit Miraculous with Marinette is Bunnybug, who can be seen in the episode "The Dark Castle".

So basically I made a post saying it's not for kids. I mean like little kids under like I don't know 9 or 10. I never said why.

It's just to complicated for kids. I don't know how to explain it. On the last episode of season 5 gabrial/monarch/hawkmoth sacrifices himself. The themes in the show are just too mature. It's complicated for a child to understand what's going on besides that Marinette is ladybug and Adrian is chat noir. Theres so much more to it than that though A child won Also, there are things about love/crushes/bf and gf.

Guys I love Miraculous ladybug! Some people think it’s for like kids but it’s more for tweens and older. Actually adults watch it too. They are came out with a new season. A episode came out yesterday!
