Okay, so, I have this thing coming up for cheerleading on the seventh of July. It is a team visit to our teammate's lake house (woot woot!!). I did it last year, and it was SUPER fun!! I love my squad, and I really want to get to know the new girls better. Plus, this is one of those events that are like, you HAVE to be there (not really but like, in the social views). Also, did I mention I cheer with Tom's sister and his mom is our asst. coach?? Hmmm....

Unfortunately, the date wasn't set until last night, and now it is too late for me to apply for leave from work, as our schedules have already been set in stone. I work from mid-afternoon till 9-ish PM on the seventh. Not only do I just typically lifeguard that day, I also aide in swim lessons!!

Here are my options:

1. Miss out on lake day and go to work like a good employee.

2. Drop my shift and try to find someone else to cover it (Idk if I could do this because I'm an aide) and go to the lake!!

3. See if I can push my shift so it starts later and have someone cover for regular guarding, and rush home for lessons.

Okay guys, I really need help with this one!! Thanks!!

Hey hey hey!! I just had a grand idea!! My friends and I kinda bounced this idea around during the school year every now and then, but now I'm thinking about actually doing it... Should I have a lake party!? :D

We all live kinda close to a lake, and I've always wanted to have a party!! Plus no parents because we're older (well for me at least). Not that we'll do anything yk bad!! It's just super awkward when parent are there :/ Plus I finally got a super cute bikini!! :D (Would I see if maybe Tom wanted to come...??)

Any ideas on how I would go about organizing this party!? :)

Okay, second thing... I'm thinkiing about cutting my bangs into side bangs (y2k is so back, baby!! XD). Should I do it at the end of the summer for the new school year?? These are side bangs btw:

I passed my final lifeguarding exam! I'm an official American Red Cross certified lifeguard!

Btw, super random, but I just saw the new "West Side Story" movie. Any ya'll seen it? Didya like it?? I loved it!
