This is just something I wanted to say. For ages I had anxiety. It did all sorts of things. I couldn’t sleep well, I felt faint at times, everything felt hopeless. But one day I just said to myself. You know that’s enough. I’m gonna get through this. At the time it feels like nothing helps. But trust me, you will get through it. Don’t give up . If I can do it so can you. For me to get through it, talking people really really helped, it got everything off my chest. Another thing that helped was writing stuff down and just ripping it up. And breathing and being in nature. You need to find something that works, music, nature, yoga whatever. And even if it doesn’t work at first, stick with it. This is just my experience so don’t judge me I just wanna get my advice out. And know that you are loved so much and I know that you can do it. You are smart, beautiful, and so capable.

Not saying this will work for every girl, but it will work for a LOT of them. Now as long as you arent grotesquely ugly, this method should work.

First of all, basic things to do, get accustomed to the girl, know what kind of person she is, what she likes, observe her without being creepy about it, talk to her without being creepy about it, for example if you need help on a question in class, ask her, if you need directions in the hallway, ask her, light things like that. just don't seem desperate.

Next, apply the law of Scarcity, for example say she's at an event or something of the sort, if a lot of guys approach her and try to hit on her, in that scenario you should walk up to her, say hi, and carry on. That makes you different to her, and that makes you stand out, making her more interested in YOU. (don't be desperate about it)

The last thing, arguably the most important thing, is nose pheromones, believe it or not there is science to getting girls, in simple terms, girls' noses smell pheromones differently from men, pheromones that men don't smell. Both guys and girls smell MHC molecules, I'll spare the details on that. However, girls are more attracted to guys that have MHC molecules that differ from their own, so this is straight up luck based. If you want any more information, there's a video called "The science of getting girls" on youtube, i'd recommend checking it out.

I’m a 12yr old girl and me and my crush are both in 7th grade but I don’t know if he likes me. I literally started having a crush on him on the second day of school. He used to talk to me at recess when I barely knew him and say one short thing, and when he sees me alone sometimes he’ll come up to me. Recently he has done stuff like running ahead of me to open the door, waving to me before he leaves school, and he is near the exact same spot I’m in every. single. day. At recess. He picked me as one of the first people for his team in PE. He also wrote a story for one of our classes and afterwards gave it to me for 4 reasons:

1. Why not?

2. He didn’t want it

3. He didn’t want to throw it away

and

4. I was the closest person to him (I wasn’t, there were three other people surrounding him, plus he has a lot of friends so he could have given it to one of them)

We also have gotten into a weird staring moment two times and it’s really intense

And I’m pretty sure he knows I like him but he hasn’t said anything about it.
