I was thinkin and I was like to myself 'ya know there is not enough self-love!'.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
SO!! I have a challenge for you guys.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
List 1 thing you love about your face.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
List 1 thing you love about your body.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
List 1 thing you love about your personality.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Finally, List 2 things you love in your life or you are grateful to have.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
You don't have to do this challenge but I tried it and it feels great!&lt;br /&gt;

<title>Self-confidence (please read description)</title>

<description>Hello, friends.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I might as well admit it, mostly cause I need advice..... But, I have problems with self confidence, self esteem. I just always think I am stupid and people are going to make fun of me. I think people are going to say I look weird. And I will admit it. I sometimes think I look weird. Please can I have some advice on having confidence in myself. Loving myself. Not caring what people think. I have been struggling with this more than usual, lately. Any help will be appreciated. I said all advisors because I didn't know who to ask. Anyone can answer. Can I also have advice on staying healthy?&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br&gt;Even if there is no solution, you can now just accept the problem better and move on. You don't need to solve every problem in life, since like a train, more are always just around the corner. Trying to fix everything will never work.&amp;nbsp;What you can do is learn to deal with them better so you are at peace with yourself over them.
