So I’ve had a phone and iPad for a few years now, i started scrolling about a few months ago and now Im addicted, my parents have put screen time on both snap and YouTube, but I keep on finding ways to outsmart the system by for example deleting YouTube and going to YouTube.com in a browser, I don’t want to tell my parents about that either and I know that the screen time is just making me want to scroll more as it’s limited, I also have a million different things to do but now I just lay in bed all day and scroll when I don’t have school. I want to figure this out on my own without my parents, therapist or adults involved, does anyone have any ideas? I’m 12 btw if that helps

So, I have divorced parents. And because of this, I have 2 Christmases. One at my mom's house (which I live in) and one at my dad's house.

When it comes to gifts, my mom dosent really care, she just gets me things she things I will like. My dad on the other side, he needs my gifts to be oddly specific

So, what should I ask my dad. Usually he gives me 1 big gift (more than 50$ but less than 200$) or like 5 or 6 smaller gifts.

I HATE the fact that I'm developing. I WANT TO BE FLAT-CHESTED OR AT LEAST HAVE A BINDER T-T

The reason:

not sure about gender rn. I want to be genderfluid but I have no masculine clothing whatsoever . Also, top surgery is really expensive. and what if my parents don't approve??? So a binder is probably best.

Things I'm worried about if I get top surgery:

1. What if my family goes broke???? 2. What if I regret it?? 3. What about scars??? 4. ...OH NO WHAT IF SOME KIDS ASK "WHY ARE YOU FLAT CHESTED" WHEN IM LIKE 27 AND FEELING FEMININE??!!

Things I'm worried about if I get a binder:

1. Not being able to wear it during gym. WHAT AM I MEANT TO DO IF MY B**BS JUST DECIDE TO BOUNCE WHILE I DO JUMPING JACKS???? 2. Not being able to wear it every day... I mean I'm fine with that if I'm feeling more feminine, but what if I feel masculine for like 2 WEEKS?? I don't want to be a boy with b**bs T-T... 3. Forgetting to take it off. Seems simple but could bruise and make my chest sore...

So... yeah.

EDIT: Just did some research and there are binders made for sports and gym and stuff!!!

I have recently been full of SO MUCH ANXIETY. So much that I am having eating difficulties. I think I’m okay, I eat, worry I’ll throw up, and all I’d have eaten was a piece of bacon. I don’t understand my PROBLEM.

When I get anxiety, my stomach feels like it’s scrunching up and it hurts. I also get headaches. But it’s been a lot of stomach aches (also “abdominal migraines” as the doctor puts it). Yesterday, though, when my mom told me we WEREN’T going to the doctor anymore to check out my stomach, a majority of my stomach ache disappeared.

RIDICULOUS.

So anyways, yeah. I think I really just need a therapist. I feel better when I’m distracted. So… yup.

But starting two days ago, I’ve started doing weird things to help me cope with my anxiety. I touched every single thing in my room, running my fingertips along it. When I left my room feeling more comfortable, I still had tingly fingers, so I ran it along the wall. I told my mom and she says it might be ocd?

Then yesterday I had started talking out loud to myself and just kept rambling because the sound of my voice was comforting and I liked the vibrations in my throat? I just talked, barely taking a breath in between. After I realized, I couldn’t just STOP, so I hummed. Again, it helped me cope?

Is this a sign of something? Do you guys have any advice? Am I going insane??? Please help!

So I have been wondering a lot lately... There are several people at my school who dress so nicely. I'm talking dresses, Crop tops, and Baddie style is what you call it? Anyways, I don't know you name it.

I feel like I don't fit in, I'm the Sweatpants-T-shirt-Hoodie kinda person. I feel like I should start spending money but at the same time money doesn't just grow on trees. I also get told to wear what I want and dont follow others.... But is it really that easy if you wanna dress to impress. And i'll be honest i'm not the skirt type but I could try to rock a dress when I'm in the mood. But it also feels not me... I'd like help in anyway if I should go blow money or stay my style.

Quite often I don’t want to call my best friend. Like, a lot of the time I do.

When I do call her, I often regret it and wish I could leave. And I’m always faking enjoying talking to her.

I mean, not always, but sometimes it’s a real challenge.
