Urp rating my shifts

Uh so like this is me rating shifts I've had as a therian!!!!! Uh and like a therian is someone who identifies as an animal physically or non physically!! But like you can't choose! Sort of like being LGBTQ. You don't have to shift though. Not lycanthropy. Ok. I'll start now.

Phantom Shifts 10/10- I freaking love phantom shifts. It's the best way to connect with your therianthropy shift-wise and it's never scary or embarrassing!!

Vocal Shifts 7/10- Depends where I am, I don't vocal shift often, but it can be embarrassing.

Mental Shifts 5/10- It ain't bad but it's not good you know? I feel like this and phantom shifts are the most common!!

Perspective Shifts- 3/10 It's kind of stunning and dizzying, never fun and you can't convince me otherwise. They suck!

Dream shift 8/10- I feel naturally at peace while sleeping so this is kinda biased but eh. The thing with dream shifts (I'm a past life so burgh) I had a nightmare that had me WAKING UP IN PAIN. Dream shifts are fun though I can't lie.
