yesterday i went to a birthday party of a family friends daughter. I’ve practically grown up with them. She had a water slide and my mom said to bring a swimsuit but I didnt wanna cuz it would js be a bunch of 13 yr olds and…no thank you. But when I got there it wasn’t so bad and I actually ended up going home to get a bathing suit after all

They were actually pretty cool, this kid was super energetic and he honestly looked my age. He was like “who are are you?” “Oh yes that’s Kedi” (let’s pretend that’s my name) to others lol. And uhm he barked at me? and was like oh yea sorry it just comes out

But it was actually rlly fun and my body is sore from yesterday and yea

Do you know how to hit whistle tones?

So usually whenever I want to hit notes in the sixth octave I just sing normally which sounds pretty okay and sometimes even good if my throat is hydrated. But I want to figure out how to sing in whistle tones because it sounds nice. The closest I can get is making an "r" position with my mouth (like read in an American accent) and it definitely sounds better than my usual technique whig usually results in broken, inaccurate, short screams. And I'm thinking, is this "r" position a subordinate/undeveloped version of a whistle tone? I hope it is because it'll be easier to learn if I'm already doing something. Thanks!!
