PRIDE FEST

My town just held a pride fest, and it was so fun!! We had to go between inside and outside because it started raining, so only a few booths were outside. I got a pride flag, bubbles, a fan, lemonade, temporary tattoos. . .Someone who does stuff in my class was there. He performed, but he was screaming the lyrics and doing a dance that looked like a cross between the chicken dance, jumping, and rolling his arms around. He danced a looot. Literally, he was walking around just dancing. He also wore bright red vest and some sort of rainbow drape that was a skirt/curtain find offide. There were amazing performances and we lit up our town gazebo with pride-colored lights and I want to go to this every day. It isn't every day, but it was that fun. My best friend, another best friend, and someone I knew from chorus was there, but when I said hi to the chorus friend, I got "I know [name] but not you!"

We've literally talked like five million times. I had to listen to them sing the Peaches song from the Mario movie during chorus.

My parents kept dancing whenever I looked over, but one time I was with friends and they started doing the most random thing ever. My mom kept talking to people I knew like they were her best friend.

There was LGBTQ+ music going and a room dedicated to dancing (I refuse to dance, it makes me feel awkward.)

But yeah. I'm going to put on the tattoos tomorrow (it's too late for me to do that right now.)

Sorry my paragraphs are a mess, it was just really fun!!!

Hi,

I'm thinking about doing a post every day of pride month!!!!!! It's a bit away, but I'm planning on asking people to send in different identities and what they are, and having their descriptions in my post! I'm going to start taking requests between now and May 31st. Then, I'll post a different one every day.
