Hi people! I'm here to talk with you about PERIODS. This is a comfortable zone to talk about periods and your experiences. Most of the girls struggle with periods and don't even want to welcome them and think that period is a big nightmare that becomes true. But that's not the point. We can make it completely comfy. That's a guarantee!?? Trust me, you can do that. Let's get to know the basics today. In this period post series, I'm dedicated to helping you make your period the comfiest!

This is just the first post. Stay in touch with the future posts for the tips.

In this first post let's see,

How to know if you should be ready to welcome your period buddy in several days.?

Small pains in the lower abdomen

- pain in the lower abd. may also occur during ovulation (mid-cycle pain)

Brownish discharge

- when it's coming today or it's going to come within this day. But people rarely have this sign.

Acne breakouts

- (before 2-3 days) 1 or 2 new acne will appear on your face, telling you to be ready.

Tender chest or pain in that area

- you'll feel that your chest is plumper and will feel painful when touched. That's normal when your period is nearby.

Back pain or muscle aches

- This is also normal when it comes to periods.

Mood swings

- bad temper or loss of temper, increased stress

These pains are often associated with premenstrual syndrome. Now don't be afraid it's completely normal. Many people get these and you're not alone!?

Why be aware of these signs?

- Helps to plan your activities without disturbances from periods

- Helps to plan special activities like pool parties and trips

- Minimizes discomfort when the period suddenly arrives right in the middle of a special event, without you being aware.

- Then you know to be prepared with the necessary sanitary equipment of

preference.

However these signs are different from person to person, some people will get several signs before their period and others won't show any . Don't worry that's totally natural, everyone is different!

However, the best way to track your period is to keep a record of your period.

So along with the tracker and signs you can safely land on your periods with zero discomfort.

I am 9 years old almost 10 and I have just started devolving breast buds at night and I told my mom but she just says I’m growing and all of that jazz. I just logged onto Kidzsearch not too long ago, and I keep seeing these " boys only" and "girls only" posts. I know that most of these aren't meant to exclude or leave anybody out, but it seems only like a growing problem.

Personal issues are widely discussed here, but it's (most of the time) "boys only" and "girls only" post. I'm not sure what all of this business is all about, but I do know one thing: Nobody should be excluding each other on a website that is managed for socializing with everyone, especially with all of the children that use Kidztalk with their friends in this community. Kidzsearch, is there anything you would like to say about this?
