Tumeric and ginger tea

Raw raspflower blossom honey, brand is Breitsamer honig

Creamer,any sweet one

What to do:

1:Make the tea

2:add a spoonful of the honey and mix

3:add some creamer (to your liking)

If you can’t find all the ingredients aka subsitute way:

1: get TRADITIONAL MEDICINALS’ organic tumeric with meadowsweet & ginger tea

2: make it and add the honey

3: add 1% milk fat low-fat grade a milk to your liking

4:add a spoonful of sugar

All done! Enjoy your tea.
