As much as it is tempting, try stay off the junk foods:

Any foods containing lots of fat, carbohydrates and sugars are a big NO NO. So say goodbye to marshmellows, chocolate, cake, pizza or pastries. BUT it is okay to have them as a sometime snack because low sugar is dangerous.

Try to do a daily workout:

Any type is fine but I love to do cardio and ab workouts. Even going for a walk or playing your favourite sport is a good break from sitting and binging netflix.

Stay motivated:

Keep pushing to be fit and healthy even though it is hard to when you could be chillin

Easiest of all, Sleep:

Idk why I even wrote this because im sure you guys are getting plenty of sleep!

How to Stay Motivated and Achieve Your Goals

The secret to achieving your goals and staying motivated is simple. Almost everything in this world happens because of motivation. Why does a plant grow towards the sun? Why do bees pollinate flowers? Theses things happen because of a reward system. It is universal. The plant is rewarded with more food after it grows towards the sun. It is a lot of work for the plant to grow and it takes energy, but it achieves the goal because of the reward. Bees get honey after doing a lot of hard work. Without a reward, it can be very challenging to stay motivated.

Many goals, like getting into a top college, or having a great career, can take years of hard work. Losing weight or getting in shape can take months of discipline. Even when you know there is a big reward at the end, most people cannot stay motivated long enough to achieve it. This is why only a tiny percentage of people achieve much success.

What I am going to tell you is life changing. Are you ready for it? Read the next line slowly and carefully.

When you do something that is beneficial for you life and goals, give yourself a quick reward.

Your brain will only change with frequent rewards. The size of the reward is not important. It could be as simple as eating a small snack you really like after exercising, or watching your favorite video when you complete a homework assignment. The key is to do it often when you complete something that is positive. These rewards should not be given out unless you do something that improves your life.

Over time if you keep doing it you will start to crave the behavior that drives success. The concept is called Gamification and it really works! It is so powerful that many people believe it is what motivated the world to exist in the first place. I'm not excluding God, since something was needed to create the first particle and to create these natural rules.

I have been working on a few OCs. I am having trouble coming up with their signature clothes. Do you have any tips on developing clothes for characters that match their personality, are creative, and unique all at the same time? I also need some advice at designing my style for drawing anime clothing. I have designed aittle of my anime style but need alot of help in the clothing area! Please help!

I also was wondering if you had any tips on propertions and forming the figure of female characters. I have only tried a few times and am doing fairly well, but would like a few tips.

Our school has been picked to be the set for a new Disney show! I'm not sure if it's a series or movie. However, students in my school can be picked to be extras*. If I get picked, what are some tips when I show up on the first day of filming?

*extras are the people that appear in the background of a movie/TV series.

Making friends can be difficult even for the most outgoing person. Here I have gathered some tips on how to make friends easily.

Join an activity/class that you enjoy. There you will meet people who also enjoy the activity/class, which gives you one thing in common. There you will be able to take off!
Limit your internet usage. Get your nose off the screen! Try interacting more with people in real life.
Ask open ended questions. That basically means when socializing, don't ask simple questions that can be answered in one word.
Smile! If you smile more, people will assume you are friendly and maybe talk to you.
Do what you love! If you like reading, carry the book around! Somebody might ask you about it, or somebody who likes reading or has read the book will start a conversation.
Be funny! Everybody likes somebody funny. Find a joke book from your local library or if you already have one, and walk up to people and tell them jokes!
Try new things! People like people who are diverse and interesting. Don't put all your energy on one thing.
Stay out of trouble. If you get in trouble all the time, people won't want to hang out with you because they'll worry they'll get in trouble too.
