<description>1. Go for walks daily (but dont go overboard, once a day is good enough)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2. Drink lots of water (preferably 6-8 glasses a day)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3. Instead of sitting around watching TV, try getting out and doing something active, such as riding your bike around the block.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4. Eat healthy! (Junk food is something to avoid when trying to lose weight).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
5. Make sure you dont skip a meal!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Also, try to get out of those unhealthy habits of binging on random food all day long.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Just two snacks a day is good enough, and they should be healthy. If you must have something sweet, have some strawberries. With less snacks, you will be guaranteed to be hungry for the next meal!&lt;br /&gt;

<title>Having Problems...</title>

As y’all know I have issues with my weight, I had gotten down to 104 but i’m back up to 110 and feeling AWFUL. I JUST WANT TO BE SKINNY AND UGHHHHHH. I try to eat healthy but EVERY DAY I end up doing &amp;nbsp;a little binge of some sort, like a ton of wheat thins, 3 spoonfuls of peanut butter, or a bunch of tiny melting chocolates. I feel awful about my body and can’t wear anything that’s not loose, I take 30 minute walks every day but I feel like I’m not doing enough. I want to start a food diary but i’m afraid my parents would find it and think I’m weird... I can’t sit down without something in my lap because I hate my rolls, and I have to cross my legs because my thighs are too thick. How do I lose weight and keep to an excersize regimen? I’ll start, but after a couple days I’ll fall back into old habits and feel awful about myself- here’s about what I ate today.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Breakfast- nothing, wasn’t hungry and woke up pretty late (9:30), so i just didn’t eat&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Lunch- Poached Egg, rice cake, 2 graham crackers, 1 spoonful of peanut butter&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Snack- Handful of tortilla chips, two whites chocolate melting bits&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Dinner- small slice of fish, pasta with sweet and sour sauce, Handful of tortilla chips&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Desert- &amp;nbsp;small bowl of purple Jello with whipped cream</description>

<title>Motivation To Lose :(</title>

It’s me Lemony. And as many of y’all know, I’m not exactly very happy with my weight right now. I’ve been down to around 104 but i just spring right back up, landing back where I started, thank god not more though. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I really need some motivation and tips, I’m determined to get to my goal by the end of June, so please can some people help me out?&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I’ve gotten into this cycle of waking up every day saying I’m gonna lose that weight, eating a small breakfast, skipping midday snack, eating a normal lunch, but after that things just go downhill. I’ll normally binge like a ton of snacks, like a spoonful of peanut butter, a bag of sunchips, and a piece of toast or something like that, I really need to stop because I can just feel my thighs getting thicker.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I don’t really need any more people telling me “your not fat, you don’t need to lose weight”, y’all are so kind but I am sticking to this goal, please don’t try to change my mind.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Anything helps! Tips on what to eat, when to eat, how to get motivated to excersize, motivation, etc.</description>

&lt;p&gt;My friends have been asking me to write about this literally forever. So i decided to finally write about it&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Ok so stomach fat is not the same as your core muscles. Ways to lose fat in your stomach fast are to:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Eat a lot of protein:&lt;/strong&gt; Fish, tofu, chicken, beef&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cut down on really fatty foods: &lt;/strong&gt;greasy pizza, marshmallows, etc. Even though they are DELICIOUS, try to eat less of them&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Do aerobic exercise:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Aerobic exercise is any exercise that gets your heart rate up. Dancing, jumping rope, zumba, running, biking are all great and fun ways to do aerobic exercise. I personally recommend a great playlist while exercising to get you pumped up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Don't get too stressed:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;Ok. You shouldn't TRY to be stressed, but by doing things that you enjoy and make you feel relaxed and calm actually help. Take this as an excuse to call some friends, dance, draw, etc. Whatever relieves you from stress.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;So some people have asked me if doing ab exercises help reduce stomach fat. Here's the answer: It helps, but not as much as aerobic exercise.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
