first up fyi i'm in GATE (gifted and talented education) and we got to meet a former gate student one day

so, a while back, we met a former gate student, and basically, she worked for google for a while, rose in position in her job, retired pretty early, and now she owns an AI BUSINESS that has something to do with music i can't remember in what way

we got to ask questions, and knowing me, you would most definitely assume i would ask abt ai, and i did. i asked, quote, "are you aware on AI's effect on the environment?" and she responded with something along the lines of, "yes, but it has to get worse before it gets better" and ever since i've wondered:

to the idiots running GPT go by this motto? does everyone doing ai think that? is this very philosophy going to drive humanity to do little about ai pollution and waste, leading us to suffer for our sins in an unforgiving, polluted, waterless wasteland that was once lush and green? is it okay for one to think this? is it smart? a good idea? is it reasonable?

So basically somewhat recently my school district banned Spotify and I don't know why like just why how I know this is that I was gonna listen to the Mario Galaxy soundtrack and when I was logging in it said it was banned and since then every time I went to Spotify it just said it was banned.

So, I'm aroace, and every time one of my sisters talk about their boyfriends, one of them goes, "Where's your boyfriend?" And I say, "I don't like anyone." So they know I'm aroace in a sense that they get I'm not into anyone. But I don't think that they know there's a label for me not being into anyone, because they keep calling me 'single Pringle who doesn't want to mingle.' Literally everyone music artist we listen too either isnt touring near us, or is stopping at Clarksville.

We live hours away from there and I know we could never convince our parents to drive all that way just to see someone that they have never heard of.

EDIT: could someone look up how much the tickets are? Everything’s blocked on here and want to know if we would even be able to make it a b-day present, or if it’s just to expensive. (Tickets for relatively good seats for when the tour in Nashville .)
