Sorry I haven’t posted chapter 6 for my book. A couple days ago the power went out (not going to say how) so ofc the internet went out as well. So then I could only us the internet if I used my parents cell service (that’s how I could comment)

Um I will probably post my next chapter in like two days. Because with no power I couldn’t write (I usually write at night time so I don’t have much distractions) and also I had no inspiration whatsoever to write.

But everything’s good now, I have just been a bit lazy I guess.

If you have any suggestions on what should happen in the book I might add it in ;)

Also a schedule for when a new chapter will come out will be every other week, starting after I post chapter 6.

I Might not be on as much after I post the new chapter, because my mom says I can only have like 1 hour on kt (yes I know it quite a bit of time but I read slow, because of adhd I just randomly start daydreaming)

Accepting Characters: "Star Child" Casting Call

If you have read Star Child, you know it's about a girl who goes to a school for people like her. This book will get better and more exciting. In fact, I might make a sequel or make it a triology. So, yeah.

Anyway, down to what this post is about. I will need mostly students, but I'll also need teachers, tutors\trainers, parents, neighbors etc. Please say the characters Name, Age, Occupation, Appearance, relationships, personality and more stuff I don't care to mention.

The characters you use to apply must not be related to fandoms ( Marvel, Dc, MC etc.)

Disclaimer:The characters you use to apply are going to be used by me and my sister in any way I want. And they will mainly he Side characters.

"Star Child" Chapter 5

I'm writing this chapter. The things that happen are written and imagined by me. However, the story idea was my sisters .

"Hehe, thanks." I said, my face red with embarrassment. That girl defended me and I was grateful. While letting my thick hair down, I continued, " So, um, what's your name ?"

The girl who saved me nodded, "Kylie." She picked up my books, which had fallen on the floor, and handed them to me. Kylie hardly said anything more. She shoved me to my class, waving with a cat-like grin on her face. I sighed. Time to learn about quadratic what-not.

I wanted to look for Kylie when the bell rang, but, unfortunately, I had quite a few classes before I could get a break. I dashed up the stairs where a class I've never heard of before (Kotronics) was being held. Hopefully, I don't run into the mean girl. My hopes didn't disappoint. I turned a corner, saw the door, turned the knob, and my mouth dropped, seeing the room.

The Kotronics class was the weirdest and most unusual classroom I have ever seen. Granted, I haven't see many classrooms. Still. The classroom walls were a bold shade of green. Pictures of odd objects, magical landscapes, and monsterous creatures covered the walls, and weapons lined the floor. The floor looked clear, but I knew it wasn't because the bottom looked like the Grand Canyon. No kidding ! Student desks, that was silver and hexagon shaped, surrounded the teacher's desk.

Interrupting my train of thought, the teacher, who was just as odd as the classroom, held a black suit to my face (That was annoying.) and said, " Here here, Dyanne, put this on."

"My name's not Dyanne." I smile, noticing my teacher's lack of pupils. Weird.

"Well, " He starts, " just put this on, class is already late. " I raised my eyebrows at the last part. Class is late ? Of course, I knew what he meant. I took the suit from his large hands and I tried to put it on. With the suit being three sizes too big, I struggled to keep it on my body. It kept slipping ! After trying to keep it on by a hairclip, I looked at all the students. They seemed to have their suits fit perfectly.

"Dude, we've been waiting forever. Put the darn suit on." A boy with a slightly southern accent said firmly. The teacher glared at him. "Here, let me help." He muttered as he shuffled around the desks. "What you gotta do is-------. " He zipped up the back, my suit tightening to my skin. I took my seat which was between the boy and a red haired girl.

Well watchya think ? Not really a cliff-hanger, but I wonder how the lesson will go . XD any of you KSearchers have any ideas for the class ? Or the plot ? Who is your favorite character so far ? Am I asking too many questions ? Do you like southern boi. ? What do you think will happen next ? You want to add a character to the series ?

Also, constructive criticism would be nice lollllll.

Mine are...
When you ask a teacher a question, you expect a simple answer, right? But when the teacher answers, the explanation's, like,5 minutes long I mean, I just want an answer, people! Not the world's largest essay in the world! It's not that I don't like any teachers that teach at my school, but sometimes, things can get pretty annoying.

Okay, so it's group discussion and people are raising their hands for comments, questions, and answers. You aren't because you don't know what the answer is, you're too shy, or you really don;t have anything to say. And then the teacher picks on you. YOU! Out of all the people in the class, the teacher picks YOU! I sometimes am so speechless because of my shyness or my lack of conversation. I mean, a person doesn't raise his/her hand for a reason!!

The class is all pumped up, talking, walking around, even goofing off. The teacher is waiting or saying quiet down but the group doesn't listen. I'm the only one quiet, longing for the class to SHUSH! I mean can we actually learn, here? Actually have a class? I find this terribly annoying and a waist of precious class time.

What are your school pet peeves? If you're willing to share, go right along! I don't mean to offend any teachers or student's different opinions but this is what I think. If you're a teacher on this site, please work on improving these areas. Comment on what classes can improve on.
