I always wondered why humans made their own rules

They made themselves separate from animals like wolves and tigers, and mules

What's the point of elegance and making oneself's rank higher

Wouldn't relationships be more important, and the final survivor?

But I think I've recently figured it out, I believe I've had an epiphany

On why us humans have an innate sense of poise and dignity

That is unique to our own kind, that no other shares, our composure and benignity

Even when it is in one's right to be malignant, to be rational and fair

To rather than lose one's temper and fight, to treat wrongdoers with care

Putting oneself higher than another so that one may not only act, but be superior

Has it's advantages, after all, what gets you farther:

Treating others with mercy and kindness when they do not deserve it

Or treating others with well-earned cruelty, and throwing fits?

Poise, rationality, and the ability to put one's emotions aside

Are what seperate ourselves from the animals outside

Humanity itself is beautiful, and wonderfully cohesive

It's when we forget out foundations, we fall apart without our adhesive

When we lose our morals of respect, kindness, and loving one another

That us humans resort to turning on everyone, community, friends, our own fathers and mothers

And when that happens, as it's been happening now undercover

I truly fear what deep dark corners of the soul we shall discover

Cruelty, unfairness, hatred, narcissism, sadism, and apathy

These are what we turn to when we lose our morals and empathy

Please, for the love of the little light I hope this world still has

Understand my message and look around one another, see and act as

I know you know how to, with equality for all, even those who have mistreated

People make their mistakes, we all do, and we've all been defeated

Forgiveness is necessary, a beautiful thing when true

From 1900 we have been using up tons of carbon, enough to threaten the planet. The explanations below describe more about habits that are crucial to stop.

1. Fossil Fuels for substances for Electricity and Heat have gone beyond the limit. Turn to SolarPower or WindPower to give up a majority of your carbon footprint.

2. Diesel or Petrol modes of transportation, such as cars, and also including hot Kerosene, such as planes, should be converted to a clean source of Electricity.

3. Manufacturing should be reduced in areas, which also keeps animals who live in forests in their homes. Manufacturing is a big villain in the world of clean climate.

4. Another big source of Greenhouse Gasses is livestock. Do not eat meat such as beef, and to sell, farms must sell vegetables only.

5. Burning other fuel such as wood is a climate villain. Do not work at a wood logging camp or burning camp.

6. Work industries add tremendously to carbon. Cement and Aluminum are big anti-climate control bullies.

7. Logging, as I stated before, should be ended. Rainforests trap tons of carbon. Cutting them down releases carbon.

8. Gas flares make 5% of carbon emissions.

9. Landfills produce methane, making 3% of emissions.

10. Ships and Planes tied internationally contribute 3% to carbon.

The next day after school, Auggie took off his school clothes and put on his best, which was a classic black suit and tie.

Then, he left his apartment and went to Ava's house for the date.

"Hi Augs!" said Ava. She was wearing a pink sparkly pencil dress with white faux fur on the bottom.

"You look beautiful." said Auggie. "Thank you." said Ava.

Ava's mom walked into the kitchen and noticed Auggie.

"What is going on?" said Ava's mom.

"Me and Auggie are here on a...........................formal sleepover." said Ava.

"We'd like some fancy cheese with grape juice." said Auggie.

"What do you mean by grape juice?" said Ava's mom.

"Non-alcoholic grape juice! We're not trying to get arrested!" said Auggie.

Soon after Ava's mom came with the food.

And now, the thing everyone has been waiting for, chapter 1 of Girl Meets World Fanfic.

Chapter 1

The sun shone in Auggie's revamped bedroom. The pirate boat was replaced by baseballs autographed by Yankees and posters of athletes who played for the Yankees. The monster under the bed had gone to live with another little boy because he believed that Auggie had forgotten his existence. Mr. Googly was given to Goodwill. A giant navy blue A had been plastered onto the wall and Auggie's sheets said the words "New York Yankees". There were even all of the Yankees' World Series pendants!

The Yankees alarm clock rang with the sound of cheering Yankees fans. Auggie woke up.

His curls were disheveled and there were bags under his eyes. He slowly walked into the bathroom where he used the restroom, brushed his teeth and hair, and got dressed in his bedroom.

After this he went into the kitchen to eat breakfast. It was exactly the same from when Auggie was little.

"Good morning, Auggie!" said Topanga. That day's breakfast was eggs and bacon.

"Been doing anything with Ava?" said Cory. "No." said Auggie. This was a straight-out lie, for Auggie was secretly sleeping over at Ava's last weekend.

After breakfast was finished, Auggie got his backpack and said goodbye.

Auggie popped into Science class.

"Hi Augs." said Ava.

"Hi Ava." said Auggie.

"Take your seats, everyone! Today we will be learning about how organisms obtain energy. Does anyone know anything about the methods organisms use to obtain energy?" said Mr. Williams the Science teacher.

"What's he talking about? I can hardly understand science talk." said Ava.

"He says that we will be learning how living things get food." said Auggie.

Ava raised her hand.

"Yes, Ava?" said Mr. Williams.

"We get food from the grocery store." said Ava.

Everybody laughed.

"Not quite. Anyone else?" said Mr. Williams.

Auggie raised his hand.

"Yes, Auggie?" said Mr. Williams.

"Plants obtain energy via a process called photosynthesis." said Auggie.

"Correct! Does anyone know anything about photosynthesis?" said Mr. Williams.

Auggie raised his hand.

"Yes, Auggie?" said Mr. Williams.

"To start photosynthesis, plants need water, carbon dioxide, and sunlight." said Auggie.

"Correct! Does anyone else want to share something?" said Mr. Williams.

Nobody raised a hand.

"Okay. So, organisms obtain energy via a process known as cellular respiration during which they use oxygen to break down food molecules in order to obtain chemical energy. But, it isn't that simple. Organisms get the food molecules needed for cellular respiration in different ways. Autotrophs make their own food molecules while heterotrophs consume other organisms to obtain food molecules. I will give each of you a worksheet that will ask you to identify the organism as a heterotroph or as an autotroph. It will be homework. Goodbye." said Mr. Williams.

There were castles every mile on Hadrian's Wall....what were they called? Milecastles! What were they for? They were for soldiers to sleep in. They slept in tiny buildings in milecastles called barracks. Pronounced b-air-icks.

There were also signal towers to signal the soldiers at the milecastles on guard to warn them that there were enemies near by.

Hadrian's Wall was a wall that ran coast to coast in northern England and built in 122AD. Emperor Hadrian ordered his soldiers to build a wall. But why? He ordered his men to build a wall to separate the Barbarians tribes(in Scotland ) from England, he also built the wall to make sure that only trusted people could come south of the wall. As some of you know I am hiking the total length of Hadrian's Wall right now. The total length of the wall is over 90 miles! If you have any questions comment below and I will answer them!

Chapter four: face to face---literally!

I ran out of the room, wiping the tears from my chin as I go. I end up in a family bathroom, locked inside, and let it all out. There's a familiar sound of boot stomping and a voice that I recognize well. "What're ya doin' in 'ere?" Cried out a phony country accent. "Stop it," "What?" His voice back to normal. "I know that accent isn't real, Huckleberry," I said, sniffling. "And I know that you're not really using this bathroom," he said, truthfully. "Oh yeah,..." I challenged. "Yeah," he replied. Suddenly, I heard a bang on the stall door. Then another. Moments later, he was swinging his leg over the top of the door with swift ease. "Why did you do that?" I asked with wonder. "Why'd I do what?" He asked, even though he clearly knew. "Why'd you come after me. I mean, I figured that you'd hate me," I said. He somehow looked surprised. "What? No way, Maya. We're friends. I could never do that to you; even if I am a Huckleberry." He said. "So you admit it! That you're a ranger Rick, ranger Roy, huckleberry, and a Bucky McBoing-Boing," I cried. "Why is that?" He interrupted. "Why don't you just call me by my name? And what does Bucky McBoing-Boing even mean? I think that's a new one.." I hesitated. "Y-yeah.." I froze---and thought of a change of subject. "Hey, let's get out of here and check on Rowan." I said. Pretty slick..."No! Uh..." Nice save, Bucky. Silence. The ever so dreaded feeling that's happened to me quite often. Then, to my surprise, he grabbed my by the face and it happened. For at least 2 minutes, but then again, who's counting? I can't wait to see what happens now...

Chapter three: ER Hatred

I'm sitting in the ER waiting room with a hurting arm that's holding up an ice pack on my forehead. It reeks in here. And that obnoxious beeping machine that goes off every five seconds is about to make ME go off. "Bri, we know you're ticked off about this room, and we're sorry, but we have to wait here until we have further news on Rowan," said Cory. I groaned. "How hard IS IT just to let people in a room?" I ask impatiently. Suddenly, as if my words were miracles in verbal form, a nurse walked up and told us that we could come inside. As we walked, I asked, "So how did she end up here?" Cory then explained that the 'sink' I puked into was actually her shoes. And then she tried to back away and ended up slipping in it. Yick! We finally reached the room, and I saw Rowan, with breathing tubes up her nostrils, and a thingy on her finger. And of course, that pale look on her face and that stupid beepy thing. The nurse who's name tag said, 'Vanessa' walked up to us as we entered. Mr. Savage and his wife and son were standing in the room next to her bed. "Well, Little Miss Rowan has taken quite a tumble," said Vanessa. "She had a concussion. And she sprained her ankle. She'll be walking on crutches for awhile and needs to stay in bed rest for a bit but other than that, she should be just fine." She exited. "Great," I whimpered. "This is all my fault," Ranger Rick frowned at me. "No it's not, Bri. Things happen sometimes." "YES IT IS BUCKY MCBOING-BOING IT IS. IT IS ALL MY FAULT AND THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT!!" I shouted at him. Silence hung above the room. A tear struck down my face as I glanced at Rowan, then Peyton. Another embarrassing moment...

Chapter Two: The...Incident

Mr. Savage looked at me like I was psycho. "Ms. Sabrina, do you---need a moment?" he asked. I had to force these words out. "Y-yeah..." He put that concerned look on his concerned little father face. "You are excused," he dismissed. Rowan's hand went up as I scurried to the bathroom. Moments later, she met me in the bathroom. A heavy feeling drowned out all the happy spirit in me, put there by Ranger Rick's appearance. "Bri!!" She cried and raced to me. I hurled into a nearby sink. I felt dizzy, like I was falling; helplessly.

I awoke lightheaded inside a small room that smelled of wine and cheap perfume: the nurse's office. I saw my friend Cory sitting there with me, but no sign of Ranger Rick---or Rowan. "What happened?" I asked. "You went down. Fast." He said. I then explained that I was sure I hit the nearby sink. "Uh, Bri, are ya SURE your--incident didn't affect your vision? Anyway, there's a reason Rowan and Peyton aren't here,"

Chapter One: Monday

I marched into Mr. Savage's history class with a grin on my face as I spotted Ranger Rick. I sat down and spun 'round, blond curls flying, and a newly pleasant feeling in my colon. "Howdy, Ranger Rick!" I cried happily. "Hi, ma'am." He replied and dipped an imaginary straw hat from his forehead. "Oooooooh." Was all I could say. Mr. Savage walked in. "Okay class. Does anyone know what we're learning today?" He asked. Rowan raised her hand. "Aw, boy," I commented. "Rowan?" He asked. "I know there's gunna be a lesson, but it always has to do with what's going on in our lives. How can you POSSIBLY know what's going on with--" You see that? Those two dash lines? That means she cut off; and nothing ever goes good when she cuts off a sentence. "--Maya?" She blurted. That somehow turned my face red. "He doesn't!" I shouted. "YOU DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT ME!" I said, turning to Mr. Savage. Everyone looks at me now..including Ranger Rick. Well this is embarrassing...
