When a filibuster is done, it doesn't take a simple majority for a bill to pass. 60 votes out of 100 are needed to pass. And Republicans have 53 seats. And with Joe Manchin (D-WV) leaving the Senate (coupled with debatable ideology democrat Jon Tester), there are nearly (if any) no Conservative Democrats left in the Senate to rely on for Republicans to pass their agenda. THE DOJ, EPA, AND NOAA ARE HERE TO STAY. Climate too? Blue states. Blue states. They'll cut down on emissions.
