I feel sad, I don’t know why I am sad. My friends ask me to hang out but I don’t want to. Why do I feel so sad?

it must be puberty It happens to me every morning I feel very very angry when someone wakes me up  I don't have control of myself it's normal... Some times I feel very sleepy in the middle of the school and sometimes u don't want to eat something or do something u don't even now what ur feeling

That happens to me a lot! Sometimes I’m just down in the dumps. The way I try to pull myself out of a slump is doing the things I love! Baking, art, sewing, swimming, anything that makes me feel safe, normal, and happy!
