does anyone else ever get the feeling that nothing is real? ik thats, like, a disorder, and absolutely not just a normal thing, but i wanna know if anyone else deals with it.

Ya that happens a lot. it’s really weird i’ll just randomly dissociate and nothing will seem real. sometimes I think I’m just in a dream or nightmare idk

and half of the time I suddenly disassociate and think about how nothing is real and WE aren't real and it's super freaky
