Are most of the people that celebrate Christmas are Christians?

Christmas is an international holiday, so no. While those who are not Christians celebrate it differently and don't celebrate the reason for the season, they still celebrate Christmas.

While this isn’t completely accurate, we can assume that most people who celebrate Christmas are Christian. So yes.

Not sure. I think it's become more of a cultural thing versus religious, because I had a very Jewish friend who still celebrated Christmas.
