Body Types- Which are you?
People and body types these days! Yikes! I am hourglass-shaped, because otherwise I'd be straight-shaped if my stomach sides didn't pinch in! People say that body types are what you are. They judge you by that.
They don't know your history. You may have diabetes, or something else. Don't let people judge you that way.
People tend to prefer the pear-shapes. They think the other shapes are 'unattractive '. You know those belts you see on TV saying they'll get you that shape?
Don't believe it!
You are you. Love your body. No matter what body shape you are, you are beautiful.
