I read the book called:

The Chronic Pain and Illness Workbook for Teens: CBT and Mindfulness-Based Practices to Turn the Volume Down on Pain  

The chronic pain and illness workbook for teens

It turned my life around. I was in the hospital very often for stomach pain that no pills could solve. This cured me just by using things like setting goals. If you are in pain you need to read this book! The writer is a genius. I went to 10 different doctors and nobody could help me. 

I give it 5 stars (glowing-starglowing-starglowing-starglowing-starglowing-star)!
