Can't comment

Question

I use a Kindle for this. I can comment in general (on questions). But, I can't comment on answers to questions or other comment. Is this a glitch? If so how can I fix it? Would a shut down work? If no can you try and fix it?

We just tested it on a Kindle using the website and app. Comments worked for us. You need to click on the "talk bubble" icon that has three dots in it to comment on something located on the left side.

Are you able to find it?
