I registered an account last Saturday and my mom says she still hasn't gotten the confirm link. I've sent three links and she hasn't gotten any of them. What should I do? (I'm registered as "Bigskygirl")
closed with the note: My mom found the email in her spam folder and I have my account

Please use our support Contact Form and have your parent's complete a request to add you. Be sure to have them include your username as well as their e-mail. You might also have your parent's check their SPAM folder for the invite link.

Maybe try to make a new account, and then send again. If that doesn't work, try sending it to a different email address. wink Hope that helps,
