So i'm 12 (almost 13) right now, and a girl i want to be just friends for now is 14.

But when i'm older, i want to ask her out.

Around when i'm 15.

But she will be 17.

Is 15y old dating 17y old possible?

and an 18 year old cant date a 16 year old, right?

yes. if the age dfference is five years or less and each person is at least 13 it's fine
