Why does this keep happening to me

I keep trying to submit a form to ask for a YouTube channel to be unblocked, but this keeps happening.

We check for spam email. There was something about the device you were using that would not allow it.

We don't appear to be blocking SparkleDrawz YouTube videos if you are using our app. Do all their videos get blocked, or just some? Can you provide a video link that is blocked?

All of her videos are blocked. Also last time I checked I'm not a scammer ?. Anyways can you please try to get it unlocked soon. Thanks
